Nice pilot, but the parking lot is one of the smaller mousetraps to avoid

I'd like to extend my sincerest appreciation to Elvis, Chad, and Audrey for their exceptional service at the Pilot. Audrey, in particular, was outstanding, ensuring that my fueling process was smooth and that I received the correct amount and receipt. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service greatly enhanced my experience. Additionally, Elvis & Chad with their assistance in helping a fellow driver from Martin Transport exit the fuel line safely and securely was truly commendable. Their professionalism and dedication to safety are exemplary.

The staff at this Pilot is amazing in spite of the challenges they face. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. The negative comments about the facility are true. It’s unfortunate that a few bad actors have to ruin it for the rest of us, and especially for the hard working, friendly people who work here.

I definitely appreciate y’all’s hospitality ☺ restrooms were clean, I saw no trash in the parking lots, the store was clean and well organized. Audray was very polite and professional!

You can really meet some wonderful people at this pilot. I don't talk to many people, and I have made some wonderful friends here. Blessed to have them come in my life.

Absolutely I appreciate them because sometimes u buy parking let is say for 2 nights u going to deliver around there 2 or 3 miles there is no parking most of the area so u have to buy before one day these guys they will give u your parking any time u show up I love them most of the flying j and pilots they wouldn’t they will tell we can’t walk up any body at this time and u don’t have u came already u mess up I hope flying j and pilots have to change something for that . I really appreciate this store I buy many times and I still get my spot thank u all the staff.

Legit good coffee

Came in at 21:20, had paid for a parking space at noon, lot was full.

Unlike my experiences at TAs across America, these guys actually went out, found the one who wasn't supposed to be there, and cleared a space for me.

Imagine! A place that actually reserves a space for you, if you pay for a reservation!

The lady that works part time was so nice. Helped us out with food when McDonald's wouldn't even acknowledge we was at their counter. Good pilot bad McDonald's

The staff here went above and beyond the asked protocol of a truck stop. I had my wife and two kids with me during the visit and we were treated royally. Extra towels and rags may not seem like much, but when you don't have to ask or wait that is awesome. Even the McDonald's was patient with us and willing to make it a pleasant experience for them.

It was good. Clean and well stocked. Clean bathrooms. Cashier was friendly. Had some healthier drinks here, like Kombucha, coconut water, etc which I appreciate and don't always find at gas stations. Was disappointed that the restaurant attached to it was a McDonald's, but there are other choices in the area.

I am no one. Just my favorite spot to stop on our road trips. Yes they're crowed👊 Yes they have 18 wheelers all in the parking lot, but they also have great customer service! Yes, that is the only reason I stop... yes and the use the restroom, of course😆 I'll be back next time😉✋

Was there overnight and was very happy with the service I received. Bridgette was very helpful when I needed to set up my pilot card and helped me find parking even through there was a lot of construction. THANKS!

Love stopping at this pilot travel center. Always well lit, clean , friendly staff, and the cooked food in the store is pretty good. The cinnamon buns are the best however I have tried the carrot cake and the black velvet cake are both great to. They always have great specials and deals. Never know what to expect.

Usually have clean restrooms with diaper changing areas. Well lighted parking areas, fuelling lanes & entrances. As a woman who does travel alone with a young child, I look for the safest looking refuelling & restroom stops that I can find. In my experience, larger travel centers such as Pilot, Loves & TA are good stops. Most also have areas reserved for exercising/walking pets which are also well lighted.

Very clean. Smaller lot and semi parking will fill up quickly. Nicer employees. Always coffee brewed 24 hours a day. Alway hit and miss with the specials on road snacks. One of the better Pilot fuel stations. Good job to the Pilot staff here.
