Joyce Family Dentistry

I did my research before choosing an in network dentist. Reading about Dr. Joyce and all of her accomplishments made me comfortable making an appointment. Upon arrival, Jenny and Barb were able to get me checked in and both were exceptionally nice and professional. After my cleaning, I was told I had a few issues with my teeth that needed to be addressed. This was not a surprise to me as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years. I came back three more times in the following weeks and they were even able to squeeze me in before the new year so that I could maximize my insurance. Barb discussed costs with me before my appointments so that I knew what to expect. When I returned the third time, the entire staff remembered not only me but that I had my wisdom teeth extracted a few days prior and asked me how I was doing etc. I have never had this kind of genuine and personal care in any form of medical office. During my procedures, Megan did a wonderful job of explaining what was going to happen, how long it would take and what to expect afterwords. She and Dr. Joyce were efficient, accurate and polite during each procedure. Their upbeat energy took away my nerves and I began to relax in the dentist chair- something I had never experienced before! Overall, I found out that Dr. Joyce really knew her stuff and she is an amazing dentist. She explains and answers questions in a way to easily understand and provides a personal touch that cannot be replicated or taught. I cannot recommend Dr. Joyce or her office enough!

I highly recommend Joyce Family Dentistry. The staff is so friendly and really take care of you when you are there. Dr. Joyce got me in right away when I chipped a tooth. Great place!!!

I've been a patient at this office ever since it opened. Everyone there is friendly, concerned about my needs, and very knowledgeable. My last visit was with Dr. Tom. He had never treated me, but when I met him, I could tell that he was way beyond being nice. He assured me that he would do everything he could to keep me comfortable during the filling process, and that he did! Both Dr. Tom and Dr. Joyce are exceptional dentists! You'd have to look far to obtain the quality service that Joyce Family Dentistry provides!!

Going to the dentist sometimes is a scarey experience, but not at Joyce Family Dentistry. From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable in the pleasant waiting room. Her staff is polite and professional, and efficiently processes patients. Dr Joyce gives you her full attention, and ensures all your questions are answered. I highly recommend her practice.

Myself and my 3 year old son had appointments. The staff we're very friendly. I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile, they the hygienist gave me a very thorough, yet gentle cleaning. The dentist actually cleaned my son's teeth himself, and made the experience easy and fun for him.

I hate going to the dentist. I mean, I HATE it. I avoid teeth cleaning, but I'll do it if I remember to. The last cleaning I had was at Joyce Family Dentistry. Dr. Connor took x rays and saw that an old filling was disintegrating, and she gave me an appointment to have it fixed. I must admit, I behaved like a baby. The shots, the drill, the lights, the smells, the sensations.....it was traumatic!! I wanted to scream and cry and run out of there!! But Dr. Connor was patient and easy going about it, and by the time I was done, my filling was perfect and I could rest easy knowing the decay that had begun in my tooth was not going to destroy it. Thank you for your patience and skills!

This place is great! (They changed their name though, it's now Joyce Family Dentistry.)
I personally have never liked going to the dentist, but Dr. Joyce and her whole staff are so friendly that I don't mind nearly as much. They also just hired a great new receptionist, so you can ignore all of the older reviews about how awful she was. Definitely give this place a try!

Great experience - from waiting room, to cleaning and x-rays, to dental exam! I started going here over 10 years ago from a personal recommendation, after a bad experience elsewhere. There's since been an ownership change and several improvements. Love the text message appointment reminders!!

Dr Tom was sensitive to my needs. He got right to work cementing in my crown which had come off. It was an old crown and he explained the steps he would use to put it back in. I agreed with him as to his thinking and know that sometime in the future it will probably come out and I will probably need an implant. He is personable and fun to be around. Nice choice in having him join the practice.

With sensitive teeth needs - both Dr. Tom and Dr. Joyce have provided excellent care. Twice annual cleanings have also been carefully and professionally attended to.

Dr. Joyce is a great dentist and her staff is friendly and professional. I have been going there for 3+ years and the level of service and care has been consistently great.

As someone who hates going to the dentist, had a great experience awesome staff. Jes and Dr. Joyce are #1

Have always found my experience with these folks to be unfailingly pleasant. Whether it was a routine cleaning or more complex events, I never felt anything but relaxed and that I was in very good hands (literally). Thanks.

I think it's an excellent place to go. Everyone is always so friendly and courteous. And this new appointment reminder/confirmation system is great.

Great experience at this clinic all team members were polite and courteous, they made me feel at ease while I was there.
