The ultimate perfume and cologne store. It's crazy I only really got there around Xmas time . Fragrance Net is way cheaper,but something about the experience makes me go there. See you next year Macy's!

Really happy about some aspects of this Macy's. Lots of parking and the Macy's Backstage department are the best features of this location. The men's department has really improved and I have just edited my review to highlight that. It is definitely a "go to" place for men's professional wear. Suits, shoes, belts, etc.

I purchased a small kitchen appliance and the young lady - who appeared to be on the autism spectrum - provided me with first class service. She went above and beyond to look up information on the product I wanted and was helpful in every way. Well done.

The story was clean, and well stocked. Had a good time moving around the store. A mask is required, but people were out and about. Lots of sales!

My favorite perfume rollerball was running super low during Christmas, so I started looking around for great specials, and I scored.
Wanted to get another rollerball, but you're paying $31 for only half of an ounce, so I decided to get another full bottle. Looking throughout different websites (Ulta, Lancome, Sephora) when I took a quick look on Macy's website and found the best price. For $128 (then add on $8 in taxes), I was able to get the refillable 5 fl oz/150ml sized bottle of La vie est Belle l'eau de parfum, which the refill for goes around $90, I am in love. This special also came with a lovely gift of six little makeup items and a pretty makeup bag for future use. This size of parfum usually goes for $168. Even the 3.4 oz one can be $144, so this price was wonderful.
I decided to do an in-store pickup because, though I have never had a porch steal happen, one never knows, and this package was too pricey. The email with the instructions on where to pick up at the Altamonte Springs Mall was easy to follow. Walked in and showed my ID a good five minutes later, I was heading home with my purchase.

Always great buys. One stop shop for all accessories to hair and skin care. Love it 💯👍🏾

Perfect boots! Found the cutest selection at Macy's! Ready to go the great state of Michigan in the middle of January with these cozy faux fur-lined snow boots. (But you know I had to pick-up something extra too) The curbside pick up at Macy's makes this all possible bc it allows you to shop at Macys.com and avoid the crowds and throngs of people by waiting in your car for your order. The staff is always pleasant. The contact experience is lowered and the merchandise is exceptionally great. This feature that Macy's established speaks volumes to their ability to adapt to the changing world in which we live. I ❤ Macy's!

Macy's was clean and well lit. Nice to see Toys R Us there and the beautiful Christmas trees.

Macy's is one of my favorite places to shop for designer clothes, jewelry, perfume,toys, and home accessories. They have amazing deals, especially during the holiday season. The store is conveniently located within the mall with multiple floors for shopping. The service is also great.

This place is heaven, the ladies department has it all. I was beautifully helped by Judy, a Dominican queen that is more than awesome with the customers. Ms Mary on the register is a bone hard to chew to give an additional discount but us kind and friendly. I went when the mall was clothing buy the store was open and I receive a very good treatment there. Thanks to Judy I'll return to buy in this store a lot of products and clothing.

You must visit this store, online, the system told me that they didn't have my daughter's size and they did!, is better to go there, they have very beautiful clothing.
