Don't know why J C Penney sometimes gets a bad rep. I've shopped there for years. They have great sales and a wide selection of brands and styles. I picked up a half-dozen Christmas gifts in 15 minutes. While it can be difficult to find someone if you have a question, the checkout process was easy, efficient and fairly quick.

I took my son to there Salon and wow . Ms. Cathy the hair styles is the best around. If u never have gotten your done with her u missing out . She did a great job and will Recommend this salon .

For my age and style I love the clothes! They have some very nice men's dress and casual clothes. I'm not rich so JCPenny's is perfect for me.

Thank you to Quinn in JC Penny at Altamonte Springs mall who went above and beyond to help me. She took the time and effort needed to help me. She searched online and in different stores till she found what I needed. She called the JC Penny in West Oaks mall, where another great associate, Cathy, picked up the task and searched the store room and finally found what I needed. These two women were polite, friendly professional and very helpful

I needed a last minute item for my girlfriend and was in a little doubt of the product but I was given personal attention and helped me with my decision. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful which makes it very enjoyable to shop here

We went to the JCPENNEY Altamonte Mall, and it looked so clean and beautiful inside. They have lots of different things for Christmas to wrap for gifts and decorations, it's really beautiful. It amazed me. Love it. ❤

I love JCPenneys it reminds me of my childhood getting to go to the mall a few times a year made it special to me always clean and smells so fresh

Always nice and clean. We can almost always find sales, and there are always coupons online. Was hoping to find size 17 in juniors unfortunately that is not an in store size like it used to be. I just noticed a lot of smaller sizes (3-9) on the racks.

My son and I visited the store today. We are so happy with the whole experience. Rosemary at the men fitting room was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel like we were part of her family. We also want to acknowledge the very sweet and helpful sales associate at the checkout Caesar for his patience with us. I wish more store have people like ROSEMARY and CAESAR .

Adam did a wonderful job on my hair color. He blended my grays/white's with my blondes. And it now looks marvelous! He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Showed me how to curl my hair properly. And helped me find some products for my hair type. I would definitely recommend this place and return to it.

Found some great deals. You have to have time to look.

I was shopping for a replacement watch. Janet in that department was very helpful. She looked up the watch I wanted and placed the order as it wasn't carried in the store. She was very nice and helpful.

Awesome experience. 5 star review because of Francesca! She was such a wonderful help and pleasant to speak with. I did have issues at checkout and was extremely disappointed upon checking my clothes once I got home. I found the ink security device was still on the pants I purchased. I needed the pants for the following morning, but the store was closed and I couldn't get the device removed. That alone deserves a 1 star... But Francesca was so great, I have to rate 5 star

Pretty good selection and friendly staff. The high frequency of half-off (or thereabouts) sales feels gimmicky, but I know JCPenney tried to go with "honest" pricing and got punished for it in sales, so what can you do? :D The location is really showing wear and badly needs a renovation, but it's still a pretty good go-to spot for reasonably-priced quality clothes.
