The store is neatly set up with plenty of merchandise.
Sales going all the time. Could use more personnel but the existing employees are very helpful.

Zachary was very prompt, responsive, professional and kind. It’s hard to find good people that work hard and he is definitely a great asset to the H&M team. Thank you for your service.

The staff at this store is phenomenal. My son had a huge interview and night before we show up to the store. My wife and I decided to go to the store after we had been to many other stores. Of course we were greeted very nicely by staff but when we needed help the store manager was gracious to assist us. We explained how big this interview was and he knew exactly how to dress for it. The navy suit parred with a baby blue dress shirt and red coral tie landed my son the interview. His qualifications helped but without a doubt the suit did nailed it! I want to thank the store manager for all his efforts. It certainly demonstrates excellence in customer service.

Wish they have a better plus sized selection for women's clothes. Men's selection is nice and affordable!

Clean store, fitting rooms are super right, but the rest of the store is pretty wheel-chair accessible. They have a checkout counter on each floor, which is also awesome.

Stairs are kinda trippy, the glass railings and tile make it seem like the stairs would be steeper, but that's just an observation, and a warning for people with poor eyesight.

Love the sock bins, by the way. They always have cute socks.

Looking forward to using the clothes recycling offer they have!

Love this store. It's the only one so shop for us. Kids clothes that actually adjust enough for my bean pole son, awesome dress clothes for my son and daughter. Short shorts for the hubs. Clothes actually small enough and long enough for me! Even my mom shops here and finds clothes. I love the clothes recycling program, too. My only complaint is very often the people working there aren't super friendly and seem unhappy to be at work. It's not all of them by any means but frequent enough for a mention.

I got nice shorts and top for 20 so prices better than target and good clothes great choices

At the beginning of this month I was shopping around and I went to the H & M store at the Altamonte Mall , Florida, tried some clothes on and left my IPad in the fitting room 😱
Kate found it and kept it for me until I was able to come back to the store and get it !!

You may have to search for an associate tp help on the floor, but they are polite and efficient. Good selection and good prices. I always find something cute and trendy for all 3 of my kiddos here.

I jus experienced shopping here yesterday and it was an awesome one!! Also, their clothes are extremely nice and they have all types of sizes for men and women!! Plus, they are cheaper than Target's clothes!!

There are no gods here. Shirt? 49.99. sure it's cute. Coat 100 dollars?? I guess that's fine. It's like airport prices in a mall. Anyway you come out stylish.
