Aragon Community

Three and a half years and counting living here. I love the community and the safe space it provides to my family and me.

The association does an excellent job, and even though it is not perfect, as no one is, it cares about the people committed to living in a community. The monthly fees are reasonable compared to outsiders and the type of services it includes.

The clubhouse is nice, clean, and decent. The people that work here are also committed to doing a good job.

Activities are always planned for the community, and the team excels at them.

I believe this is one of the best communities to live in. I wouldn't change it. (Still with some unexpected drama that it's always around! 😆 but we are more than 500 houses! What can you expect?)

Negative point: We are facing issues with the bridges (to open up two of them) and the traffic, which becomes crazy at peak hours, yet in our specific case, we are flexible with our job hours, and it doesn't affect us much as the rest. Yet it is a huge issue.

I've been living here since the community has been built.
My family and I could not be happier.
With this said, gated community living is not for everyone.
You must follow the rules aka by laws of the community.
If you want to do what you want when you want (paint your house pink), this is not the place for you!
If you come in knowing what to expect and have read the by laws, you will be fine.
Thanks to our association and board, the community has been kept in great condition.
Like any neighborhood, you have your neighbors that care and those that do not!
The ones that do not, typically leave because it was not for them.
Is our association perfect? No it is not. That is to be expected.
However, there is a process in place per the by laws to address any resident concern or disagreement. You follow it. If you get the outcome you wanted, great.
If you do not and the process was followed fairly, what else can you ask for?
I think Aragon is a gem for our city of Hialeah.
It being the first type of this style of living in our lovely city has set the bar for those other communities which have followed since.

I love it here. The landscaping, the safety, security, spotless clean, events, neighbors are just a few things of all that I like here at Aragon.

We just closed a deal in the community, it shows very nicely, clean and perfect location, buyers and seller were happy.

I love the community. Kids friendly. They do a lot of activities for the kids

Aragon es un maravilloso lugar para vivir. La comunidad está ubicada en un sector de Hialeah súper estratégico con acceso a muchas vías principales. Sus calles son súper limpias, sus jardines muy cuidados e inclusive sus áreas de basuras son súper bien mantenidas. Nunca se ven regueros de nada o malos olores. Ni que hablar de su seguridad. Aragon cuenta con muy buen equipo de cámaras de vigilancia más su personal de seguridad hacen de esta comunidad un lugar tranquilo y súper seguro. Provee a la comunidad con actividades infantiles, celebra muchas fiestas del año importantes; también películas en e parque. La piscina es espectacular, su lago es bellísimo con un par De Fuentes que adornan los espacios y hacen que el ambiente sea muy relajado por el sonido del agua cuando fluyen. Por último, si tienes visita en tu casa, siempre contarás con espacios de parqueo, ya que hay mucho control con los carros que puedan ingresar allí ilegalmente. En resumen, me siento muy feliz y orgullosa de ser parte de esta excelente comunidad, que por un pago tan mínimo de administración, obtengo tantos servicios que me hacen feliz a mi y mi familia.
