I liked that they do not put a lockbox on your home. When you have a showing from another real estate group Riezl has a member of her team come out a few minutes before the appointment to make sure the house is ready to show. Kerry was always the team member who came to our home. She was there to answer any questions the potential buyers had. She would text us if she didn't know the answer so the buyers had instant feedback. She was also there to point out special features that could be easily missed by an agent who has never been to our home before. It was also nice to get a text from Kerry that the showing was over so we could return home. This is a great service and I am sure a costly expense for the company. I was very impressed and grateful for this added benefit. Kerry's personality is sweet and outgoing. I feel that she was a great help in securing offers on our home.

Riezl truly works around the clock. I got an email from her stamped at 3:40 a.m. and texts and calls 7 days a week. She worked around the clock to sell our home.

Our home is in Reynolds Lake Oconee. It is a huge gated community with several golf courses, club houses, restaurants, and various amenities. It isn't the same as just selling a house in a regular neighborhood. We had an interested buyer/ real estate agent come in from Atlanta. This was not Riezl's client. This was someone Riezl would have to handover half of her commission to. This buyer/ real estate agent was representing herself and her husband. Kerry quickly realized they didn't know much about our neighborhood or what they were potentially getting. So she contacted Riezl who rushed right over. Riezl explained everything to them, took them on a tour of the neighborhood and took them out to eat at one of the club restaurants. She spent several hours with potential clients doing the job of the other agent even knowing if they bought she would have to split the commission. This is what I mean about her really going above and beyond.

I also appreciated when offers came in that she didn't just present them to us. We had a few offers on our home and she walked us through the pros and cons of each offer and their contingencies. She really knows the real estate business. I was extremely impressed with her approach.

I was at scheduled showing with my agent from another company and an agent from Luxury Real Estate opened up the back door and tried to come in with her client, I was holding my grandson a baby. I told her we were still looking and it was not time for them yet and she PUSHED the door open against me and came in... my agent then tried to explain to her and she refused to listen.. proceeded into the home despite my agent saying it was not her appointment time and that we were social distancing with the baby and all. )She had no mask). She continued to argue and say we were essentially making a big deal of it, yet she barfed I to the house and it was not her appointment time! She was rude and unprofessional.. I felt bad for her client as he has to have been embarrassed or at the least was shocked by his agents behavior. There were 2 agents with me, my daughter and baby grandson. I don’t think she is representative of this fine broker and agency.
