Fantastic place for emissions test if they're not busy. Super quick and helpful staff. Went at noon and it was really busy so came back later in the day and was in and out in less than a couple minutes. Awesome work!

The first time I brought my car to Gradys auto was a recommendation in 2021 because my other auto shop was too far away when I moved to Oak Creek, and it is difficult to find a trustworthy repair shop especially when you are a woman. I have been satisfied with the service I have received, and continue bring my vehicle. The staff is friendly.

I had an upsetting experience at a different oil change place. As I was driving around, I spotted this Gem. Originally went in for gas. As I spoke with, I don't know if it was the owner or an employee. Either way, got my oil change, yay! Friendly, informative. Great experience. I will return.

Wonderful service! I just had some work done on my Corolla and I could not be more impressed. The guys were super professional, friendly, and did not try to overcharge or talk me into any extra stuff that I didn’t need. All of the service was done in a timely manner and they did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated along the way. I’m so glad they are so conveniently located for me and I will most definitely be returning for future service needs!

Very friendly service. Even if you're not a regular customer. I went for an alignment after having some suspension work done on my car. They did it, they did it well, and they acted like they were happy to see me. I'd recommend it. my parents used to go there for everything and love the place.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Called to get my dented rim looked at at 11 (they close at 12 on Saturdays) and he made the time to fix it for me, which I'm beyond grateful for! Reasonable priced fix also.

Got my emissions test done today. Only a short wait for others in front of me but the technician completed the test in less than 5 minutes.
Another plus emissions tests were until 4pm while others were closed at 2pm.

Fastest emissions test ever! And no matter which employee you talked to, they were all very nice!

I don't know anything about the shop, but $3 for 3ish minutes of wash my own car? That's a pretty sweet deal, especially since I don't have to take off my roof rack. Even at 6 minutes it's cheaper than most automatic washes and i can do a better job.

Grady's reminds me of what gas stations used to be and what they should all still be. They of course have fuel for your vehicle and plenty of fuel to get you moving too(coffee, energy drinks, snacks etc.). Repair shop to keep your vehicle running and driving the way it should and a car wash to keep your car looking good. Happy this one is in my area👍👍

Great service. Brought a car I was test driving and they inspected the car inside and out on a lift no problem for only $45. They do emissions testing aswell.

I went to get my emissions done and she was very busy. She was extremely nice and was doing her best to get me on my way. She kept apologizing for it taking so long but was still in and out in 10 min. I will definatley be a returning customer.
