I've been a client of Originails for several years now. I have probably had a service provided by almost every staff member. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. They have an excellent selection of products for use and purchase. I haven't had the extra funds to visit much, but I did get a pedicure recently and the salon was following COVID protocols, which is important. This salon has always been clean and sanitary.

I was looking for a place to get my first ever acrylic set and I thought why not try the little salon I drive by every day? I'm SO glad I did!! The salon is bright, clean, and inviting. They have a million polish color choices and a bunch of different services. All the staff are friendly, which really makes a difference when your first acrylics ever take a bit of time to put on! One huge plus is that they're willing to work with you when it comes to scheduling appointments, great for busy schedules. If you don't come here you're missing out on something special!

Anastasia is beyond incredible! The skin care services she offers yield noticeable results in one treatment. But I suggest continued appointments for an even better complexion. Can't recommend this spa enough!

Originails is my favorite salon for manicures, pedicures, massages and facials. I have not found any other salon that can compare with these professional women. Anastasia is so knowledgeable about skin care and ensures every treatment is done with perfection. Jessica's massages are relaxing and rejuvenating. When it comes to nails, Melanie is an artistic genius! If you can image it, she can recreate it on your nail. You owe it to yourself to schedule an appointment and enter their world of possibilites.

Anastasia is the best esthetician in the area. Her knowledge about skin and ingredients in skin care products and makeup is remarkable. She cares about her clients and their skin, and her approach is very effective and relaxing. Her full schedule is proof of her talent, but she is worth the wait. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face!!

I had damaged nails coming in. My old salon took awful care of my fingers when I got nail enhancements removed. Karley was GREAT. She was super sweet and patient. She's very easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do about my nails and how to best go about making sure they get fixed. The gel I had on my fingers from my old salon was not soak-off (which I learned then and there), and Karley was able to push back one of her other appointments by a few minutes so that she could take proper care of my nails, including carefully filing away the polish.

It is a very clean and welcoming place, and you can tell it's a tight group of caring people. I will definitely be returning.

Originails is my FAVORITE for nails, massage and esthetician services. These ladies are the best! I make my appointments well in advance and look so forward to going every time. Highly recommended. Looking so forward to seeing these ladies again after months of shut down!

Awesome salon! Make sure you call to make an appointment, I don’t think they do walk ins very often. It might take longer than your average salon to get an appointment but it’s 100% worth it. Very clean, no horrible chemical smell, lots of colors to select from, tons of services available and super knowledgeable staff. I get the best manis from Jen!

Thank you, thank you Originails! I cannot believe my skin; it was so old-looking and acne-prone. Now, I am blemish free and have far less discoloration, fine lines, and wrinkles! I look years younger, no exaggeration! My nails are looking great and are healthy also. Originails is a great salon for the service and a very welcoming place. Schedule regularly and in advance. You will be glad you did!

I had a pedicure with Karley on June 18th. The salon has taken all measures to keep clients and staff safe during the COVID 19. Wearing a mask is required (thank you), using sanitizer or washing hands is also required before the service. The Salon is extremely clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Karley did a wonderful job and I recommend Karley and Originails. I felt 100% safe and love my pretty toes :).

Very attentive and knowledge staff about facials, pedicures, manicures, and everything beauty in general. Recently, I had to pick up a few items for my fiance and I was a deer in headlights walking into the salon. Immediately, the staff assisted by looking up my fiance's account and helped direct what I needed and answered all my questions. We will continue going here and I actually feel more confident if I have to go again alone.

My mother and I made a late appointment (after I got done with work) to get mani/pedi for my wedding. When I first called, the owner (Melanie) answered the phone. I did not know she was the owner at the time, but she was more than pleasantly accommodating. She took my information for an appointment (which would take place that same night). After work, we get to the salon and the 2 women waiting to work on us simultaneously are waiting for us. They welcome us in, quickly and efficiently take our information down and then take us right back to get started. The facility was beautiful and cozy (not cramped). Both women did beautiful jobs and worked diligently while remaining friendly. At no time, did we feel rushed. Both women listened to what we wanted, retrieved beverages for us, and were warm and sincere. After the services were done, we were given discounts for new customers and bridal party- even though we did not have a real bridal party there. We found out upon further talking that Melanie was the owner. she showed such great care and compassion toward us and never rushed us out the door.
I had been past this shop hundreds of time as my chiropractor is just down the same road, but I had never stopped. I found out they offer a full line of services at great prices. I will be making this place my new nail and massage home!

Anastasia is the most educated esthetician I have ever been to. She is honest an up front with you and truly cares about the health of her clients. I never feel like products are being pushed on me, only suggested. It is nice not feeling like you are not going to get a "sales pitch" from her and to know you are going into your appointment knowing she has your best interests in mind. My skin feels a million times better even after 3 sessions. I highly recommend Orginails. Support local, small businesses!!

Katie was absolutely incredible. Every single time I have had services from her, they were more than I had ever experienced - She will always be my go to gal. Super sweet, knowledgeable and makes incredible recommendations

Wonderful place! They are open late which is awesome & have a million different nail polishes to choose from. The atmosphere is very nice as well. Ask for jen, she was very professional and outgoing😀
