Barnards Carpet One Floor & Home

We have been dealing with Barnard Carpet One for almost 20 years and have always been satisfied with them. They are competitively priced, reliable, and their installation crews are always very neat and professional and do a fantastic job. We have used them in our previous home for hardwood flooring and carpeting, and most recently for hardwood and LVF flooring in our primary and guest bedrooms. They did a BEAUTIFUL job!!! Pat Bevan, the salesperson that worked with us, followed the installation from the initial measuring, selecting the right floors for our application, and supervising the installation.

My two year old rug’s binding was falling apart and the fibers were in danger of unraveling. My husband and I bought a quality wool rug and did not want to replace it. I called Barnards Carpet One Floor & Home store and followed up with pictures of my rug with texts. My texts were answered in a timely and professional manner by Pat and we decided to bring the rug into the store for a repair.
The minute we walked into the store, we were warmly greeted. Pat and Joe were extremely knowledgeable and determined that the rug needed to have a binding. Within about 10 days the rug was back in my house and we love the results.

We had the best experience with Barnards and especially Lucas. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wood floors for our entire home. After visiting multiple flooring stores, Barnards was the one we choose due to the selection and top notch customer service. Louis & Martin (the installation team) were neat, organized, precise and a pleasure to have in my home. It's a lot of work removing old flooring and moving furniture but they made the process tolerable and left my home clean and neat. Lucas was always available for questions and checked in on the job multiple times. We love our new floors.

Me and my partner dropped in today for a last minute purchase. I wasn’t expecting to find what we needed the first place we stopped at but we were both very surprised to see how extensive of a collection they had, and were able to walk away with a lovely, vibrant, green rug for our bedroom. We’re very happy with our purchase. And impressed with how kind and helpful the staff were.

Seriously, these guys know their stuff. I had a massive flood in my condo. They showed up a few days later, we chose from his suggestions, and he had the carpet installed in days. Michael was fantastic, and their installation guy were quick and cleaned up great. I recommend them to anyone.

For anybody considering doing business with Barnards I want to share that I had an excellent experience with them. I used their services to buy and install carpet in one of rooms where installation was a little bit challenging as there were two levels and steps. Michael was very professional and informative and the installation crew was very courteous and efficient. I will do business with them again.

We worked with Pat who showed us all of the opportunities that they have in our journey to finding the right area rug for our living room. I liked that they had remnants that could be cut to our requested size which was not a normal size. We found the ONE, It was cut and finished to our specifications and delivered in a timely manner. Job well done!!

Professional staff and awesome customer service. As an architect working on my small home renovation, Pat and Joe gave my project the attention needed. The order was placed and delivered without issues. Will be back soon and would highly recommend. One can go to a larger outfit but please don't overlook your small local businesses like Barnards. The price is often comprable and/or quality/selection of brands is more superior than the national branded stores.

Barnards to the rescue! I called to see if they could steam out bumps and crimps in my 84 year old Mom’s brand new area rug (that was purchased elsewhere and a potential tripping hazard). They came out less than 48 hours later and remedied the situation! Customer service was impeccable and Joe was a dream to work with! I’ve purchased three rugs and they are top notch. One was 4 years ago and it still looks brand new! If you are looking for a great remnant bound into a beautiful rug this place is the best!

Michael is amazing! The ultimate designer. He guided us to pick out vinyl click flooring for our entire house and carpet for our bedrooms. The showroom is enormous with so many options to choose from. He was extremely patient because we are indecisive and helped us reach a decision. We had numerous scheduling changes because of contractor issues in our remodel and was able to accommodate all of our scheduling needs. The installation team was also amazing! They did a fantastic job. Highly professional and paid attention to detail. We highly recommend you visit the showroom, see what they have to offer and meet this amazing team!

We hired Barnards for a custom stair runner for a high-end home that I was hired to help a client flip (I did the design). From the first phone call, Barnards was nothing short of spectacular. Michael answered that day, and I worked with him through the course of the project. He was so helpful, knowledgable, professional, and kind. He helped me select a few carpet options based on what was available within the constraints I presented. Everything was smooth and seamless to the end. The installation team was also awesome. The stair had a challenging template, but they pulled it off beautifully. They did not do 45-degree miters but rather kept the carpet all one piece and hid any seams. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a custom carpet design for a stairway or elsewhere.
