Went there on a day that was pouring rain. We were told they were not allowed to discuss our insurance inside the facility. They told us they could talk to us at the tables and chairs located outside. Since it was pouring rain that didn’t work. We have United Health Care for many years and only wanted to ask a question about our Advantage Plan. I don’t understand why we were treated like we were commiting a crime by wanting to discuss our plan. I called first was told we didn’t need an appointment but when we arrived to a totally empty office were told we should have made an appointment. The agent that we talked to was Renee Bahneman. Just a really bad experience.
