Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Really nice hotel if you just arrived in Milwaukee and want to stay next to the airport. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the prices are okay and the breakfast was amazing! As most of the rooms are located near the swimming pool, there is a strong smell of chlorine when you enter the rooms section.

Very nice place here ,we didn't stay here at the hotel. We kept our cars here for a week. We went on a cruise and got back last week Sunday. We came to get our cars , one of our family members door lock broke off , so we waited at the hotel to warm up and get something hot to drink . And use the bathroom. Clean hotel too ,frendly people who work here . Thank you!

I enjoyed of how accomodating the staff were, as well as of the attention to detail. The only reason for the 4 stars for service is because of a chef that had done the complimentary breakfasts. He had been high a couple of times, smelling of marijuana when he passed me.

The rooms are comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. Room 150.
The breakfast staff member was delightful. The breakfast bar here is nice way to start the day!
Hot tub was closed. Service at front desk was a little slow due to training. However they were friendly and stored our luggage.
The restaurant was closed for dinner on a Wednesday night - not a big deal because their menu is limited anyway. The bar was open though and they let us eat our delivery pizza in the restaurant. They even gave us water, plates, and napkins.
All the staff members we met were really wonderful!

From the moment we walked in and met Lexi at the front desk until the time we checked out and met Vanessa, our experience was wonderful. Our room smelled great when we walked in and I want a mattress like the one I slept on! Complimentary breakfast had a variety of options: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit (whole strawberries, apples and bananas), dry cereal, bagels, English muffins, waffle station, yogurt, and your choice of beverages (milk, coffee, tea, oj and apple juice). Easy to get everywhere from this location. Will definitely book there again when I come to Milwaukee!

We arrived late in Milwaukee and needed a place close to the airport for the night. This location is literally an 8 minute walk from the terminal. We took and Uber at night, but I walked to the terminal to get a rental car the next morning. Check-in was a breeze (even at 3am) and our room was very comfortable and quite. There's a pool and jacuzzi in the covered courtyard and they serve a really nice breakfast in the morning. I'll definitely stay there again.

Great hotel. Staff was easy to work with. Even though they could provide a hot breakfast "short staffed". They still made sure to provide what they could. Clean, and a really nice pool

Best Western Plus is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle service both ways.

We booked a room night of because our original hotel we booked at was disgusting. We got to our room and omg we were relieved. Room were clean, beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was basically nothing and when we got there it was only cold, in the morning there was hot water but barely any water pressure. The shower faucet wouldn’t shut off so a generous amount of water was dripping continuously. We closed the door but we could still hear the dripping faintly through the wall. The pool is in an open area so you can definitely hear kids yelling and screaming but after seeing the hotel we went to first we were fine with that. Breakfast was decent…

Room was clean. Staff friendly and about 15 min after we checked in Angie from the front desk called to make sure everything was alright and asked if we needed anything.
To me that said alot. Most places don't care unless you go ask/ call for something. Shuttle to airport is convenient.

Angie was amazing!

She is super hospitable, friendly, funny and charismatic.

My fiancé and I checked in after getting picked up by the shuttle at the airport (I believe she was also the one I spoke to on the phone regarding shuttle times), and it went seamlessly.

Such wonderful service, I can't imagine anything else after getting up at 3am for a flight and arriving at a hotel at 8pm. Stress free!

I don't know why yall rated 3.7 stars but whatever, here's your 5. I was a guest from California staying a few days. I took interest in the pool area as well as the breakfast as I have younger kids and wanted to keep busy on arrival. That was much enjoyable the few night we stayed. I know covid has a lot to do with none cleaning when in room but you guys got me more than enough supplies which I do appreciate. Anything I asked the staff were helpful and did not give me any fuss. My family came to visit and they were like oh we should of stayed here but I did my homework. Everything was clean and I appreciate all the staff and amenities. Will be back again when visiting ! Thank you

Really amazing customer service, above and beyond when you book. Extremely clean rooms, very nice pool area. Wasn't able to swim but I really wanted to take a dip in the pool, sadly pool was closed by the time I got there and didn't make it for breakfast either which smelt amazing. Highly recommend this location to stay if visiting Milwaukee. We'll worth the price.

I booked this room as a “distressed Traveler” since flights had been canceled and I was stranded. I wasn’t sure what I was in for, but it was to my surprise it was a lovely hotel. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was friendly,prompt and a clean shuttle.
There were some renovations going on however nothing that affected my stay. You could tell how fresh and new everything was. The front desk was so helpful to me I was given a free drink at the restaurant. The restaurant food was very good large portions reasonable prices. The pool was so comfortable as far as temperature wise and what a wonderful hot tub. I would stay here again when I come back to Milwaukee with my family. Thank you for the great rescue Best Western

I arrived around 3:15p today and was greeted by Vanessa! She directed me to my room and unfortunately the bed was not in great condition, however Vanessa accommodated me and my husband almost immediately and gave us an even better view for the inconvenience. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and hospitality I’ve received thus far. I’m ready to complete my stay and see what else they have to offer!

I wasn't disappointed. Rooms were clean. Jasmine was very kind check my family in earlier. We had a problem w/tv. Thats no big deal. Not for tv. Their to visit and tour milwaukee. They were extremely kind to make stay desirable for t.v. situation. Thank you to ALL. Pool n hot tub was nice.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great! The pool was large enough to accommodate many. The staff was friendly and fast. We felt it was a great value compared to other hotels we have stayed at. We just wished it had a restaurant & bar.
