My first time coming here and it was amazing! Another customer recommended the pralines and cream shake, and it was sooooo good! It didn't taste powdery or leave any weird film like I worried, and it curved my cravings completely. Definitely a must-try if you're looking for a meal shake.

Teas and shakes are delicious. Choices are amazing can't wait to try everything. Definitely worth the drive. The watermelon crawl was delicious and I would never have guess that there is no sugar in this. Will be making more drives here.

First time visiting here, and my husband loved his PB&J shake with a Bulldogg tea combo. I enjoyed the zen tea which is super light and delicious. I really appreciate the teas are only 2g of carbs as I'm on a low carb diet. We will definitely return.

Fantastic service! I had no idea what I wanted at first, so they helped guide me through their menu. I picked the Captain America loaded tea, which had the nostalgic taste of that red/white/blue popsicle from my childhood. I totally recommend going here!

My morning begins with this magical place most days! I can always tell a difference when I haven’t been, and immediately regret it 😂 Thank you for starting my days out the best way! So after further inspection (enjoying trackside regularly for 2.5 months), I have now realized their teas and shakes are just the beginning. The Donut Hole Shot (a.k.a. The Explode Your Hole Shot) is where the real perks are at. One of those bad boys down the hatch and you’re in for an immediate full body cleanse. Enjoy!

Friendly, helpful staff. The building is always super clean & neat. I have only had the teas & they are soo good. They curve my appetite, give me energy & leave me feeling better overall. They are pricey if you’re thinking of them as just a drink. But they’re more than just a drink. I use them as a meal replacement or when I need a boost. I love that there are so many flavor options. The only think I wish was different is, I do wish the teas were offered in a half size.

The staff is super nice and the shakes and teas are amazing. I typically get the funfetti shake and the Georgia peach & strawberry tea in the morning and I stay full until the afternoon (like 2 or 3). I would definitely recommend trying them!

Cotton candy and Tropical blast are my two favorites. Loaded with vitamins, but no sugar and only 24 calories. Lots of flavors to choose from.

Their drinks are so healthy and delicious! The owners are friendly and truly appreciate their customers. These drinks helped get me through my pregnancy when I couldn't stomach a lot of foods....

OH MY!!!!! This place is amazing.... I got my first shake today.. It kept me full and happy all morning. I also got a tea for the first time.. I am in LOVE.. I went back at lunch and got another one.. The flavors are wonderful.

It was my first time in there after seeing so many "hints" popping up on my feed, I couldn't resist. They immediately greeted me with a smile and asked if it was my first time. When I said it was, they went into the difference between the three kinds of drinks and what's in them and the health benefits of each. I ended up getting the "bundle" which was a shake and tea... they were both delicious and I will be back! Thanks yall!

Special shoutout to *Rachel* at Trackside Nutrition for being so sweet and helpful!! Today was my first time ever at Trackside and I've had the most stressful week at work plus having the sniffles as well. Rachel was the best and sweetest person ever when I walked in - well everybody was but especially Rachel!! She helped me pick out a super yum drink ~Strawberry Pina Colada~ and when my debit card kept messing up (my bank keeps locking my account for some unknown reason) she said it was on her this time...could have cried! Thank yall for making my day ❤

Super glad there's a smootie shop in winder! The staff is super too! Very helpful if you've never been or have no idea what to order or where to start. Tastey and healthy, give them a try you won't be disappointed, I promise. 5 stars!

I come here every Friday for my weekly energy tea.
What use to be a once a week in and out deal has now become an average of 15 min hanging out.

I’m so addicted to trackside. I can drink the banana pudding shake everyday and the teas are delicious. I love that you can get the tea to go and I can fix it at work the next day for energy. The service is excellent ❤
