I am so thrilled with the shirts I received from Boatique Graphics! I placed an order with Michael C. after a recommendation from a friend, and I could not be happier. It was a slow process to get to the delivery stage. (Had to be patient to get the product shipped ... about 5 months ... March to August.) But ... Michael's art work is impeccable! His attention to detail could not be matched! He worked with me step by step to assure my satisfaction. The design is excellent! And, his NEW management team, JUST put in place, really got the ball rolling. My shirts were finally delivered and a wonderful surprise for my guy. Looking to order another batch of products these were such a big hit! Thanks Michael and Jackie!

Over the years, Michael has made so many fishing shirts for me. Not only has his work (the art) been impeccable, his service is top notch. He is a good man who does good work. I highly recommend Michael for some awesome boating/fishing shirts.

There is not a 0 star, a person can’t give less than 1 star. Michael stole my money! It started with him creating a nice graphic of my boat. I approved the drawing and then he helped me with shirt selection. He collected payment. Then over the last six months he has had one excuse after the next on why he can’t deliver. Three weeks ago I told him to get me my order of simple white dry fit shirts shipped by today July 8. That puts it at 7 months. He still didn’t do it. Do NOT use Michael and this company. This is a complete scam and he will steal your money. I’ll be happy to remove this post if I get my product.

Tried to get some custom boat shirts designed for our cruising hosts - process started mid February, ordered 6 March. Since then a long string of unanswered communications, promises of shipment and now a phone hang up. My experience with Michael Chernoff has been a frustrating bust for my $600 order. Stay clear, find a more reliable vendor. One star because I cant give less.

First order was amazing, even got some extra shirts. Second order, Unfortunately Michael Chernoff took my money through Jaqueline Sisler and over $600 is gone. I’m so disappointed in my experience. I’ve tried all numbers and email even contacting Jacqueline through Venmo and no response.

Buyer beware! First order with him was slow and stressful but I kept on him to fulfill the order, had one size on back order that I still haven’t gotten a year later. Decided to place another order 4 months ago only because he has the artwork (you don’t get the artwork file, just a screenshot) and haven’t heard anything about it once I paid. After countless efforts of trying to contact them with no response I’ve given up. He will take your money and run. He has every excuse in the book ( migraine for a month, on vacation, sick) You’re better off buying from a different company and spending a little more. If you want to waste your money, be my guest.

UPDATE: 10 month mark and still no product. This company is a joke
