Despite having purchased three Coolbots to date for my horticultural operation, I wont be using the product into the future. Fundamentally this is due to poor value and lack of reliability.

The sensors / thermistors have failed regularly. typical lifetime of sensor in my experience is 12 months. Replacement pricing and freight charges by Store it Cold are excessive.

Ron, the previous owner and investor stood behind the product. Cant say the same for the new operators.
