Milwaukee Marriott Downtown

Great job, Natalie and the Front Desk team! It was my wife's birthday, and we were in town for the Packer game. We had items delivered to surprise her and they were nice enough to add a little vino. Everything was perfect on our arrival, and the staff was was very helpful and courteous during our stay.

Excellent experience and I want to call out Carly Stuff from the front lobby for all her help. The service is unbelievably at Marriott. The restaurant is also very good - wings were amazing.

I already shared great revues but wanted to add a big thank you to Vince who gave great valet service. He was friendly, professional and gave quick service. Made our stay so easy. Thank you.

I coordinated a wedding at this venue and was amazed at how much Malarie and Amanda did to accommodate the Bride and Grooms requests, there were a lot of moving parts. The staff was so helpful and offered their time to help me move things around and load and unload items for the wedding. Thank you for helping me make their wedding dream a reality. Excellent Service from valet, and catering to setup and take down. Five Stars does not do them justice, I give them a 10 star + rating.

Our stay was flawless. The room was perfect, with soft fluffy bedding on comfy beds and lots of amenities. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Parker checked us in and went above and beyond the check in. He volunteered restaurant suggestions, gave directions and made us feel welcome as if it was his own home. Ali was working the valet desk and again, treated us like we were invited friends rather than just a customer. Every staff member we talked to was friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us check out didn’t have a name tag, but again did everything with a welcoming smile. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly which is not what you see at a lot of hotels these days. Rooms were clean and the concierge breakfast (you need to be on a specific floor for these) was good too. I’d stay here again.

We showed up last minute (in the morning 🙃) and Jaide was our hero! Had an available room and based on the looks of the entry and the great location , we were on. She provided a ton of info in regards to the hotel and it's amenities. 10/10 Jaide we t above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for her amazing customer service.
When we come back we will be returning.

Great overall hotel stay! Rooms are clean and updated. The front desk was extremely helpful and manager Damon was very on top of things - he offered us some suggestions regarding things to do in the area and was great to chat with. Parking garage is close by with enough parking space. Location is a short walk down to the Milwaukee Public Market (highly recommend)! Will definitely be back.

We arrived in Milwaukee Downtown Marriott around June 14 or 15th, where we spent the night before heading up to Mt Calvary. Our room was clean, stylish, quiet and comfortable! Great shower! We had a fantastic dinner. We spent time in the bar where we really enjoyed conversation with the manager and bar staff. My husband was impressed with your high quality Bourbon selection! All in all I would recommend this Hotel. ~ The Swifts

Weekend stay at this downtown location. There is no parking on site so you can valet ($39 in and out) or use the garage opposite the hotel ($23 overnight). This location is good for the public market, Riverwalk attractions. As usual with a Marriott, the room was comfortable. There is a breakfast included in a key accessed lounge.

Peaceful and relaxing. Very comfortable accommodations. 😌

Mike the valet made our night special at the moment we pulled up. He was kind, funny and just had a great genuine smile. We continued to check in and Jaide was just as kind! She was knowledgeable and friendly and really made us feel welcome! The room was great but the staff really made the experience. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks Milwaukee!

Wonderful stay: Great location in Historic Third Ward, our double room lovely/spacious & very attentive customer service. Just before a wedding event, my shoe strap broke. Hotel staff Brooklyn, Damon & Marcus graciously located super glue on-site for me & saved my bacon! My “fashion emergency” may seem little in the scheme of things, but their effort & care was a big deal to me.

Very nice updated decor. King sized bed was comfortable. Room and hotel was very clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. Very centrally located. Walking distance to Milwaukee Art Museum and the Milwaukee public market, and the historic third ward which has as lot of great restaurants.

The hotel itself is nice enough, but the staff is what sets it apart. We spent two nights there for my husband and my birthdays. Everyone from Brooklyn at the front desk to the guys who helped with parking was so pleasant and kind that it really made our stay special. Thank you!

This has to be one of the nicest Marriotts I have been to across the country!

The hotel restaurant really well done and has plenty of different places to sit with a really classy bar design.
