Price was the best out of 3 stops. Unlike the other stores there was no add on charges for delivery or removal of the old machine.

My parents have known the owner of Ritzman Appliance for over 50 years. With that said today, 4-24-2023 when I woke up to a warm refrigerator, I knew exactly where to go. I walked into the store a little after 9:00am, picked out a few refrigerators, went home to double check the measurements. This actually occurred a few times as I wanted to make certain the new refrigerator would fit. When I came back, they said they would be at my home within 15 minutes. Boy, they were not lying. Out with the old refrigerator, in with the new. Good luck trying to find customer service like Ritzman’s. I highly recommend shopping local and the small business. Never can a box store pull off what they did and continue to do.

Ritzman was a lifesaver. We had a terrible with Lowe’s delivering a stacked dryer that wasn’t compatible with our washer. Ritzman got us a new washer that was compatible at a good price with Excellent service and fixed Lowe’s mistakes. They are so nice to work with.

Delivered a new GE refrigerator on friday PM, it was defective, a new replacement was delivered Mon. @ 9AM. Can't get that kind of service from a big box store!! Ritzman appliance ROCKS!! Highly recommend, Dave Moerke

I purchased a 28.9 cubic foot GE Profile at Ritzman Appliance Co. Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I made my way through the decision process of whether to get an exterior water delivery system or the new model with the water pitcher in the refrigerator. I would give this Ritzman's a 10 rating if I could. Plus, their delivery team was courteous, expeditious and friendly. I had an excellent experience working with the Ritzman family.

Outstanding from every aspect ! Went in to see about refrigerators and got immediate attention. Was well informed about choices and products. Had the new one purchased and installed in less than 48 hours. All the “ big box” stores were MORE expensive and had much longer lead times, 10 days or longer !! We got a new laundry pair from Ritzman recently. While there was a hiccup with the washer they took care of everything and overall I was happy with the staff and the service. Would recommend.

We bought both our washer and dryer from Ritzman. They are Speed Queen products. We had an issue where the dial on our washer broke off (it is now 8 years old). We called and spoken with Bill Sr. The washer is now out of warranty but BIll asked us to bring the part in. We did and it turned out he had the part in the store and provided me the direction to remove the old part and install the new. We are so happy to do business with the small business owner who knows about and supports the products they sell. It is obvious to see why they have been in business for 72 years.

Great SpeedQueen dealer. Sales people are very knowledgeable. They have some display washers partly disassembled so you can see differences in construction. Bought a washer and dryer which were delivered in less than a week. Delivery people were careful and efficient. Very happy with our purchase and I highly recommend this business.

I purchased a used gas dryer from Ritzman Appliance and it was an excellent experience. My dryer went out right after I replaced my old washer. I didn’t want so shell out the money on another brand new appliance. I found an Ritzman ad for a used dryer and jumped on it.
The staff was friendly and professional and offered a cash on delivery option which was convenient! The delivery and installation was amazingly fast! The delivery crew was here for approximately 5 minutes and had moved my old dryer and fully installed the new one all within that short time. They were very courteous and professional.

My refurbished dryer works great and is a much higher end dryer than I could afford brand new. The dryer also came with a 30 day warranty. I didn't even need it as the dryer works excellently.

If I ever need a need a new appliance I will certainly be choosing Ritzman, regardless of price. These guys are the pros!

Went in to price a washing machine on Monday, after going to 3 other stores and was very impressed with product knowledge and taking the time to inform me of different brands. Bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer and had it delivered on Tuesday. Delivery was very smooth, on time and they took the time to explain everything. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Will do all of our appliance shopping from Ritzman from now on!!!!! Don't waste your time going other places, this is the best. I ordered a washer and dryer from them in January. I had previously ordered a gas stove and was so impressed with their service. I found them highly knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and fairly priced. The delivery guys were outstanding and highly professional.
