I had major issues with my last insurance carrier. Peter was awesome. He answered all of my questions and had a quote for me almost instantly. The whole experience was painless and a huge relief. Not only did I save a ton of money, I now have better coverage than I had previously at a much cheaper rate. If you are unsure or unhappy with your current insurance provider/ agent, I highly recommend Peter Alba and American Family Insurance.

I spoke with Peter to try and get a new quote for my car and he was very short and dry, I was not able to get the information I needed, I ended up just ending the call there and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Will never go through this location again. They are very rude and had a lot of back and forth with these people trying to renew my insurance. But now I am told, I can’t have insurance now because I moved to West Allis? Pathetic.
