This was my first time renting from Miami Auto Concierge. I needed a car right when I arrived to Sunny Isles Beach and the owner was very accommodating. He had two of the cars I was considering prepped and ready by the time I arrived. I ended up going with the very nice Ford Escape, which he rented out to me for less than it would cost me at a major car rental chain.

In summary, I am happy with Miami Auto Concierge. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I rented a camry and it was nice and clean. Very easy and straightforward renting experience. No hidden fees of any kind when it's time to return the vehicle.

I got a recommendation to rent a car from Miami Auto Concierge. I was travelling with my 5 year old and we got a nice Hyundai Sonata, looked like brand new. The price was much lower than in Avis etc. big brands. At handover, I made pictures of the car's exterior and texted them to Alex, the owner, and he confirmed receipt, which was very convenient and fast. The office is right next to I95. My son forgot his toys in the car, when we returned it. Alex kept them for us, as I thought a friend of mine would pick them up, and when she couldn't, he mailed the toys to us. I'd definitely recommend and use Miami Auto Concierge again myself.

Great service, someone had bumped my car in the parking lot at Wal-Mart leaving a scuff mark in the paint on the back bumped, he was very understanding and told me not to worry myself over it and did not charge me extra. Very nice guy.
