Michael from the picture department went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Stayed after closing more than 20+ to help me in a urgent passport picture need. Saved my new years and Christmas. Thank you Michael for being the example others should follow

The store is very busy, especially the pharmacy, but everyone that works in the pharmacy are extremely nice and helpful.

Generally very nice staff. Especially Astrid, and Pharmacists! I'm loyal, because of their great service. If you take regular prescriptions and want a good pharmacy, go here!

A lovely young woman named Laura gave me my last covid booster shot two days ago and was so accommodating, pleasant and professional. She explained all her actions before doing them, made pleasant small talk to distract me while giving the shot and even made a new covid history card for me as I had lost mind. Kudos! And Thank you.

When the former Walgreens at Biscayne Blvd closed, which at my convenience in walking distance from my home my thought was I wouldn't find one with great service and hospitality. Then one day I stop at 186 Street and Biscayne and needless to say the service here is fantastic.
One happy Walgreens customer. Very satisfied.

This, in my humble opinion is the best Walgreens there is. You would do well to modify all the other stores to match. The pharmacy is of the belief that the customer is the number 1 in the food chain.

I live in the area, use this pharmacy for years, and always had good service.

We picked up a prescription at Walgreens. The pharmacy staff were accomodating. The store follows COVID-19 protocols.

I want to say this Walgreens is a 5 star ALL thanks to Jason G in the pharmacy he truly is a great multitasker and a great problem solver . Thanks again .

I've been to that walgreens a couple of times. They have a great customer service, I would recommend everyone to go there and experience a great shopping experience👍.

This is a great store. Prices are normal for anywhere else you shop. The people are very friendly and social.

Didn’t tried the pharmacy, but the rest of the staff was super friendly, would go again.

Everyone who works there is helpful, polite, and asked if I found everything I was looking for. You don’t find that I very many stores.
