Haulover Park

We went here for the annual kite festival. Open space for giant kites, by the water for boat watching and food trucks for the event. Many portable toilets available and hand washing stations. A very well planned event!

Haulover Beach deserves a solid five stars! The convenience of always finding street parking makes the visit hassle-free. It's a haven for those seeking tranquility, as it's not overly crowded. The pristine waters enhance the overall experience, making it an ideal destination for a refreshing day by the sea.
Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable beach day!

Great place for getaway. BBQ. Beach, parking enough. Even nude beach is there. I love the blue water and wide white sand. Bike rentals. Bike park. Dog park. Showers toilets and water drinking fontaines. Great place for meditation, sports and moonwalks. Family friendly

Nice clean park/beach. Something for everyone kind of park. Beach, skate park, picnic area, grills and tables available! Fishing too. Water colors are so tropical that you feel like you are in another country!

Nice clean and not too loud. I like going here all the time. Lots of parking. Plenty of grills available. The beach is so close to walk and lots of fishing in the river. The bathrooms are pretty close to. Clean showers.

There is a section of the beach where dogs are allowed, you have to park on the first parking lot after the bridge. The dog beach is only between tower 2 and 3. There is a dog wash station in the entrance to tower 3. The dogs were friendly and it was a nice day. The parking lot use PayByPhone.

Went to the dogs beach. LOVED IT! Parking is super convenient, the beach is clean and all dogs are in general friendly. It doesn't get crowded or anything crazy.

As a Florida resident I honestly don’t go to the beach much but my bestie took me to this one and honestly was pretty chill. Very clean and had a great time even with the rain. Highly recommend this beach.

Beautiful travel destination for Miami Residents and Tourists!!! Beautiful Coconut Trees everywhere! Scenics views of both the beach and the Bay! Fishing area is awesome! Benches facing the water on the bay side are perfect!

If you are looking for a beach and a place to take kids to swim when visiting Miami, then this is your beach. Why do you ask? Well, the biggest one is that it only costs $7 to park vs. $40 in the heart of the strip. This beach is also quiet, and there were not a lot of people there in all our visits.

The beach is north of the main drag, so it will be a little bit of a drive to get to. Not by distance but because there are so many dam signals. But for those with younger kids, this is the beach for you. Also, bathrooms are close to the beach for when you need to rush them there.

It is an area for naked bathing, keep this in mind when making your plans with children. The parking lot is very good but at night it is a little dark. They should add more lighting.

Loved this place! The beach was very clean and the other dogs behaved so well. The dog area is between tower 2 and 3. Parking is super convenient and close and there is a bathroom nearby. Be careful though because the gps takes you to the marina across the street.

Haulover park and beach area is a great Dog-friendly area. There is a large parking lot with decent pricing (though I think the parking lot only opens at 8AM?), a large dog park, a skate park, a bike rental shop to go on nearby pathway, an ice cream stand, and a small bathroom. The beach usually isn’t too crowded, and usually has a more family-friendly vibe. A portion of the beach allows dogs, though that area is confined and enforced by lifeguards so if you don’t like dogs you can just sit in that section.

There is a dog-friendly area between tower 2 and 3. Our puppy had a great time playing with other dogs here!!!

Lovely beach. No skyscrapers cover the sun. Not crowded. Ideal for people who don't want loud music or noise.

We absolutely love Haulover Park... the beach is wonderful and the area around the rocks is perfect for building sand castles! It is quiet and the parking is great. We go at least a few times a month. Highly recommended.

The best place for dog lovers and their companions!
Dog beach is clean and friendly, dog park is awesome including quite a large area for small dogs.
On the weekends they have a dog and human ice cream place next to the pathway to the beach, soooo good!
My dog loves it and so do i!

Yes, the nude beach is on the North side, but you there's plenty of space on the South side to have a family friendly experience so do not let the 'nude beach' deter you. What I like about going here is parking is of abundance! Water is always clean and it's just a nice time.
