Publix Super Market at Sunny Isles Beach

Wow...Doing a long walk today. This is one of the best Publix stores I have visited. They're sure ready for Valentine's Day. The store is clean, very well organized, fresh food, and has excellent customer service. It is a pleasure to walk in.

A young gentleman in the produce department kindly washed my vegetables for my traveling back home.

Such kindness becomes rare manners nowadays.

My best wishes a bright future to this young man.

Free parking garage on 2nd and 3rd floor.

Just stopped in to get some items. The staff are always friendly. The stock guy was nice enough to check if a product was in the back. This Publix always has a greater variety than the one in Surfside. They just recently added new carts, which is Greta’s once the old ones were starting to “ghost ride” or pull in either direction.

Clean, well-organized, seemingly accessible at multiple entrances to all and any disability. Most, if not all, signage was in English even in what seems to be a predominantly dual-language community (Spanish and English seem to be the most used)

Very nice clean and newest one in the neighborhood, I like the covered parking… open late close to the hotels in front of the beach so convenient !!!! Perfect for the small snacks and drinks shopping and ready to eat food..no cooking required!!

Great selection and reasonable prices.

I would say that this is my favorite Publix. The GM Jose and his staff are extremely nice and hard working. The store is always clean and well organize. The People in the deli are nice and fast and also ready to help Then they just added a Starbuck's to this locations it cant get any better.

I love this Publix. The people who work there amazed me. They’re so kind and willing to help. My deepest gratitude to Mr. Ramiro at the check out; his good mood is contagious. I truly value the customer service at this store.
P.S. The view from the parking lot is something else.

Covered parking out of the sun is a great plus. Food was great as expected!

Great brand new location in sunny isle beach. Clean, organized, two story parking lot, and many options but it needs more bicycle parking spaces.

I just had to give this publix a review because when you get great customer service you have to acknowledge it. Something as simple as a cashier cashing out people and yet being alert to notice I was looking for something and pointing me in the right direction, something that simple motivated me to leave this review. The store is clean Mario is doing an excellent job running his shift. Truly happy leaving this place today. To bad I don’t live close by to visit often. The cashier who cashed us out was great along with the gentleman man that was bagging he deserves to be j. Customer service he is attentive as well. I hope you guys value what you have.

Only concern was being "greeted" in Parking Garage (this Publix doesn't have a parking lot) by a way-too friendly man. Thankfully there were a lot of other people coming & going so we weren't alone...very creepy.

Huge, very clean, excellent customer service, almost every register was opened. The shelves were well stocked.

Great store. Clean, tidy and it's got all you need.

Overall, it is really a pleasure to shop here. I am rating the store and the staff, NOT their prices.
Very neat, clean facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I had a great experience at the Deli. The gentleman and lady working there on Sunday afternoon ( at around 1.30pm) were very nice and offered to get me a fresh whole chicken, roasted to my taste, right from the oven to my shopping cart, since they had only one left at the counter but it was not as dark as I like. Forgot to get their names.
At the bakery , I tried free samples of chocolate cookies. The gentleman there was also very nice.
Only the prices are not that great at Publix. They should try to lower the cost of basic products , since some of them, like the eggs, are more than double than Aldi prices.

It was a very nice store that was close enough for me to walk to. The employees were helpful and friendly.

It was the most well run grocery market I’ve ever been in. It was clean, organized, and filled with a staff that always seemed available. Even the store manager was prowl the aisles, checking on products and adjusting their presentation. They had everything I needed and seemed like they never ran out of anything! I never knew places like this existed. I was very happy to visit and I hope others do too. You will definitely be impressed!

Lot's of space for parking, very convenient when it comes to quick shopping. And a great view of the ocean.
