UPDATE: While no email or call back, the flower shop did send a new bouquet and it was fresh and lasted. Thank you for making this right.

Received a sympathy bouquet. Upon delivery, I noted some of the small purple flowers already dying. Within 24 hours - literally less than 24 hours - a good portion of the bouquet was dead. I emailed the company within 24 hours and included photos and received no reply. Please don't do business with them.

My flowers are Beautiful. I Loewe the flowers arrangement. And the lady that delivered them was very kind . Love the customer service. Definitely will order again.

Beautiful arrangement. Some open, some closed blooms. Fragrant. Looks great still after 3 days. I did cut stems on day 2. Friendly delivery driver.

What a lovely presentation. The bouquet in the beautiful wooden box was so fresh and the sent of flowers was so amazing. The adorable teddy bear was so plush and soft. This present made my birthday so special. I know where I will get all my flowers from. I loved it!!!

My daughter’s family sent me flowers for Mother’s Day. I’m sure they spent a lot of money on them, they were delivered at 10:05 PM last night, wilted with petals falling off and crammed into a vase with filthy water and no “floral preservative” as described in the instructions, which only had an unanswered phone number- not even the florist’s name - I had to reverse search your address and phone number to find out it was Designs by Guzzardos. I understand I’m supposed to trim, clip and arrange, but I was trimming diseased leaves with ugly brown spots on them, and bugs! Disgusted and dissatisfied. They also sent her something that said they tried to deliver them earlier. Not true. 1. Husband and son were home when they said they came…And 2. I have a Ring doorbell with camera and a history that no one tried to deliver them earlier!
3: Update, they messaged me and asked if they could resend, and they seriously outdid themselves! Happy customer now.

I am updating my review. The owner called me and explained they did not have the correct address, so my delivery was delayed. Today, I received 2 gorgeous and fresh arrangements to make up for the first one. Thank you so much for caring about your customers! Great job and fresh, beautiful arrangements.

Is hard to find but they were very patient with me. My arrangement was so cute, the flowers were excellent quality and lasted a very long time!

An absolutely gorgeous arrangement of flowers. My wife enjoyed the fragrance coloring and selection. It was a great surprise for her delivered on time incorrectly.

My son sent an arrangement for my birthday. It is absolutely beautiful. I foster kittens/cats and the arrangement was a cat. They did a terrific job. The cat is made from white carnations and there are colorful flowers around the sides plus a balloon. This will be my go-to florist from now on. Also, the delivery person called in the morn to make sure someone was home to receive it. He would not leave out in the heat to get ruined if no one was home.

I received a beautiful eclectic fall themed birthday bouquet promptly during business hours and in excellent shape through 1-800 flowers. It was accompanied by a customized photo card as well.

I had an exceptional experience with a same day order through Guzzardo’s. Taha handled my call, and guided me through the entire order. He was kind and patient enough to provide feedback on my selections, and ultimately decided on the perfect arrangement for my wife’s birthday. She loved her flowers, and so did her coworkers. I just received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers! I work with and arrange flowers every week in church. I have a fair knowledge of flowers and these are spectacular. There is no cheap filler, the presentation is perfectly done, the flowers look and smell so wonderful. I am thrilled and will be delighted to use this florist again. Anyone else should too, with confidence.

Beautiful flowers, delivered on time— same day! Thanks for making my Mother’s Day extra special!!

My son & daughter in law ordered a birthday arrangement from 1-800 flowers.
It was delivered on March 21, when it came it was beautiful with a few closed buds.
The next day the buds opened up, they were GORGEOUS the flowers were very fresh.
It's been 11 days and all the greenery is still green and 4 of the flowers are still alive.

I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a vase for my birthday. The flowers were so so fresh that a week later they still are as nice as the first day. . So many times I ve received flowers in the past they were sprayed with preservatives to extend their life. Not these. He arrangement was varied and gorgeous.. highly recommend Guzzardos
