I want to share how wonderful Robert and his staff were with my mothers passing. Down to earth and a genuinely kind man Robert is. Affordable and doesn’t sugar coat the prices and works with you. We were not a rich family but had a rich filled service that he provided.

Coming from out of state to take care of my father's final arrangements, Peace of Mind made it so easy to take care of my father's final request. Super friendly and professional. They took really good care of us and understood that we were from out of state. Robert and Rob went above and beyond for us and made this difficult time, seem as easy as possible. Peace of Mind was very respectful and kind to my family when my daughter Jayme passed away unexpectedly. Even though it was during the covid pandemic they made it possible for her family and her children to be able to say their goodbyes. They showed a lot of compassion and professionalism. They assisted us with transporting her to Arkansas for the funeral so when my father recently passed away it made sense to request their impeccable services again. We used Peace of mind for my Mother’s cremation. The staff was very polite and helpful from picking her up to the time I picked her up. They were straight up from the beginning on pricing and services. For someone who didn’t have a large amount of money for a funeral. Peace of Mind did a wonderful job for us.

Peace of Mind was respectful, thoughtful, affordable. Nothing was more stressful than taking care of my husband's final plans. Finding the right funeral and cremation services was emotional and difficult. Peace of Mind took the stress out of it for me. There professionalism was appreciated.

My Father had no funeral arrangements in place when he suddenly was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Per his request he wanted to die at home. My siblings and I were scrambling to honor the wishes of our Father which was to be cremated and no funeral. Having never been through this we had no idea where to begin. We called a few places and were very surprised how commercial and sales orientated this can be. I ended up calling a few family members who recently had loved ones that passed and asked who took care of them, oddly enough they both used Peace of mind. From the moment I called and spoke to Douglas I felt calmer and very at ease. I should add that a huge concern was that our Father was at home, fading quickly and we did not want his body taken to the county morgue. Without one penny exchanging hands Douglas told me to let my Father's hospice nurse know that they would be handling everything after he passed and to call them anytime day or night after he passed. Sadly my dad passed yesterday, the call was made and Robert Jr. and Douglas came a short time later. This is where the actual review starts...these gentleman were professional, compassionate and understanding in a very dark time for our family. If you think that doesn't matter during this difficult time, you better think again! As a business owner myself and having 3 sons who work there I understand the dynamics involved in a family business. I felt very comfortable that they would respect my Father and take very good care of him. Robert Jr. & Douglas your Dad must be very proud of you both!

I don't normally take the time to write online reviews, but because this was a life changing event and received amazing service in return, is well worth taking the time to write this review. My mom's recent passing was very difficult, but the service and courtesy I received from Peace of Mind, exceeded my expectations. Robert and his staff were very caring and professional, from the first phone call to the very end of the service. They took great care of my mom. We had an open casket and she looked so beautiful. The staff was amazingly helpful with setting things up for the service and making sure we didn't feel burdened to do so. On top of an amazing owner and staff, the funeral home is absolutely beautiful and very cozy. I highly recommend them.

I cannot express my gratitude towards PEACE OF MIND. My mom did not have any funeral arrangements ready for when she passed away. Peace of Mind made it affordable and very easy to accommodate our last minute choices. The funeral home is absolutely beautiful and the best one I have been to. All thru the service the staff was always there for any concerns we may have had. I highly recommend Peace of Mind. My mom looked very natural and beautiful on her special day.

I just want to take a minute and give a shoutout to Robert(the owner), and his staff. My grandma recently passed away on 6/29/16. She was my best friend and raised me from birth. When she passed away I was informed by the police officer that I'd have to have a funeral/cremation home come pick her up before he left. My family and I were not ready for her passing. So I frantically called around to see what I could do. I called a couple places before Piece of Mind. Both places I called were more than double of what Piece of Mind was charging. Plus, it was as if they were literally trying to SELL ME on my grandmas service!!! That was utterly disgusting and absolutely heartless to me.... I called Piece of Mind and spoke with the owner, Robert, who showed compassion, kindness, professionalism, and didn't try to sell me on the service. He simply explained the pricing. Broke down exactly what would happen, as this is something I've never had to personally deal with before, and showed sympathy during this extremely painful time. His prices were half of the other places for the exact same services!! I had my grandma cremated here and I recommend Piece of Mind to anyone who happens to find themselves in the situation. Robert was great!!

Peace of Mind (Funeral & Cremation services) was more than I knew to ask for. They helped my family honor, pay respects, lay to rest & say goodbye to my cousin Teddy (Theo). Teddy was two days away from his 30th birthday when he passed, far too soon and 100% unexpected. Myself and four other family members met at Peace of Mind with it's owner Robert, on May 7th, 2021. Robert was gracefully on top of everything from the start- filled with clear answers that settled our chaos of questions with actual understanding (not just smiling and nodding). There was no hesitation into the run down of affordable prices, and absolutely no pressure to spend money we did not have. Honestly, it felt like we were being cared for as humans by humans VS being sold products from a machine just to feed another machine. My family and I were quickly and carefully assisted across the board: given clear lists of what we needed to bring back to the funeral home, details of Teddy's transportation, memorial card layouts and booklets of prayer/poem options, which flowers and with what colors, the few ways music could be played for us/ or us bring and play any music we wish- (the works)... There was a blanketing of kindness that was given, along with an easy going strength- and that, I think, I appreciated the most. A week later, May 14th, Peace of Mind held Teddy's funeral and our hearts. There was plenty of seating, room to set up memory tables and picture boards, drinks and a kitchen we were allowed to sit in/use. The place was beautiful to me, clean, open, and welcoming. A lot of us were from out of town, so we literally set up to stay for a while- coolers- bags & such, and nothing felt awkward or pressured. That's kind of a miracle already right? We had an open casket, and when I seen Teddy, I was truly thankful. Thankful to see him one last time, but also for the amazing job done to present him. He looked just like himself, so peaceful, with a mico expression 'smile'. I'm not sure how many times we heard " He looks really good " so it's not just my opinion. All walks of life were inside and outside for hours and every single one of them was welcomed and given respect. I'm very thankful we went to Peace of Mind, and equally as thankful to have met Robert. For being one of the hardest emotional times, we were blessed with so much positivity.

The funeral home helped with the passing of a family member. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I received all the jewelry and urns I ordered in a timely fashion. There is nothing that I can say that would be less than praising of this firm.

When my father passed away in November 2016 we called around to a few places for quotes and some of these places tried to pick up my dad's body at the coroner's office without our permission. I found this to be like ambulance chasers. We did not give permission for anyone to pick up the body. Once we contacted Peace of Mind they were great. They immediately called the coroner, so no other tricks would be played on us, and their prices were fantastic. Much cheaper than anywhere else. We appreciate that they told us everything that would happen, and there were no surprise costs.

I want to thanks Mr. Robert and his assistant for show me and my family so much love and respect... Robert really care about his clients. Since the beginning of the process until the end, he pay attention to every little details. He listens and understand, and take care of everything so gentle, making the process of the arrangements very smooth and easy. Thank you Mr. Robert, may God continue blessing you.

Extremely impressed!!!! I will be going here for years to come. Rob jr. is just a breath of fresh air to the industry. From answering the phone about questions. From the pick up of my aunt Susan to holding the door for me and walking me threw the process of paperwork and applications . Rob jr. has been there the whole time. I feel comforting that this is family owned business and rob jr. guiding me threw the process since I have never done this before.
