I had a great experience ordering online from Kevin's. I was sent an email by Kathleen after my purchase extending gratitude, to which I responded and was offered exemplary customer service in helping meet my situation. I have read that stock might be specious but I had no problem with this. While I appreciate the frustration, inventory can be challenging for boutiques which already contend with high overhead compared to other online, larger retailers, on a cost per good basis. So perhaps call ahead before placing an order just to ensure that what you're after is physically available. I do have more patience for these hiccups from boutiques than perhaps I might from Amazon. Overall, very happy.

I could not be more happy with my purchase and impressed with Kevin's service! I made a a purchase on line one morning and received it the next day! A perfect and refreshing experience. Lately, I have often said that the day of customer service as I grew up with is gone. Thank you Kevin's for proving me wrong! I'll "be back!"

They have good top name brand apparel for hunting would name but I would have to pick and choose and to many top brands to name just drop in and you will see for yourself and I promise you will be pleased

Great place to get nice hunting gear that is hard to find anywhere else. Excellent selection for both men and women.

first time visiting this store and the people were very friendly, finally found the Yeti bowl I had been wanting for my dog. My first time visiting Thomasville and loved everything about this town. Small town with a big heart and atmosphere!

As always it’s a fantastic experience to visit. Our sales rep Emily was phenomenal and a such a pleasure to work with. If you can when you go request Emily. Also we won the lottery and got a personal tour by Kevin himself of his private collection which is world class and unmatched by anything else in the world. A first class gentleman who with all his success makes the time to interact with common customers and treats his employees with respect you don’t see in this age.

I ordered Ammo online and some spilled out during delivery leaving me with a $100 loss...I emailed the customer service address and Joseph was quick to reply with a speedy resolution...I thought I would be out the 1000 rounds of ammo that got lost but they rectified the issue by sending me 2 packages of 500 rounds....I know I could buy the same ammo at Fleet farm if available but I like to help out small businesses and shops with family history. I will order from them again from time to time because my other orders were sent without issue

Great service in store and product offerings are always plentiful. I recently had more pants faced for briar proofing and the job was performed quickly again, with great results.

Was in Coolidge Ga for work and arrived early and figured I'd swing through Kevins to browse around. The store had a great selection of clothes and I ended up picking several things up that I had seen in the catalog. Kevin was in the store and we started talking ammo and he had some I'd been looking for which I also bought from him. Kevin also told me to just call anytime I couldn't find anything ammo wise locally and they would be glad to ship it. Outstanding customer service.

My favorite place to shop. They have it all from gifts, household items, beautiful clothes for men, women, and infants. The design if the store, selection if items and the ambience is unsurpassed by any retail store. Awesome and unusual selection. Customer service is superior! Live Kevin's!

I ordered a very rare jacket from them (it's out of season and NO ONE had it) and I got it within 4 days.
I'm so impressed by how fast the delivery was since I'm on the other side of the US.

Also, I like to track my packages so just send them an e-mail asking for the tracking number and they will give it to you!

We were in Moultrie for Thanksgiving and went to Thomasville for part of a day to shop around. Kevin's was a great store with a variety of apparel as well as home decor and outdoor gear. I liked the variety a lot and enjoyed looking around!

Very clean. Employees are super friendly and the owners are great, down to earth people. You can buy guns ,amo,clothes and shoes at their store.

The customer service was awesome! They helped me find the perfect gift for my sister's wedding. They have something for everyone. WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!!

Love this shop. And even though most things are expensive you can get deals. My yeti cooler was cheaper at Kevin's than anywhere else... Even online!
