What could have been somewhat of a disaster, the manager Jonathan came to the town I live in to pickup a pair of pants to have let out by their seamstress. Handled in one day and my son was able to enjoy his Jr/Sr Prom with a perfectly hemmed pair of pants! Customer service is TOP NOTCH!!

If you want customer service then go to Onward Reserve. From the moment you walk in friendly helpful and not overbearing. Best place to find quality men's wear and general guy stuff. Got the Abe Lincoln Penley and already getting compliments.

Laid back atmosphere, fantastic customer service!! When you walk in, you are treated like a friend. It is enjoyable to chat with the sales staff instead of being ignored like in other stores.

I have a pet peeve, when I enter a small store and the help is standing at the register I expect them to acknowledge that I have entered their store AND I might just buy something. This appears to be a store for younger men spending dad’s money. My wife and I make a nice living and I have a very impressive 401K, I’ve been to 12 countries and almost all of the 57 states, but I still didn’t fit the image of a paying customer.

How very disappointing to come home for the holidays and head downtown for some Christmas shopping, only to discover that a store I'd been looking forward to visiting still employs a man who thinks driving a golf cart through a crowd of grieving protesters is funny. I'll be taking a hard pass on Onward Reserve as long as they are signing the paychecks of someone who thinks hate crimes are something to laugh about.
