Great hometown pharmacy!! Always polite and courteous and gets prescriptions filled extremely quick and efficiently.

Michael Farmer is Outstanding! This is a small town pharmacy, which big city abilities. The staff is thorough and friendly, service is above and beyond. I have used them for over 20 yrs.

Love this pharmacy they have been around since I was a little girl. It's a family owned and operated business that truly cares about their customers. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional group at Farmer's Prescription Shop. I also went to and graduated high school with Michael Farmer, he is truly a wonderful guy all around not just as a pharmacist but as a friend.

What a God send this place is for my special needs daughter and my aging Mother. I moved out of Barrow County and chose to drive three hours round trip rather than change pharmacies

Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't know exactly what I needed but when I described it the helper took me right to it and , ade sure it was exactly what I needed. Great prices too.

This is the most wonderful, awesome, reliable, helpful, caring, dependable pharmacy you will ever find in the state of GA. I have been with Farmers for a long time, and I mean like 20 yrs or so. I now life in Athens and I still travel to a Winder to fill my medicine because of the service and the people. The best pharmacist and staff you’re ever going to find. Wonderfully personable and friendly staff. When they are helping a customer, they're 100% focused on that customer. They'll do everything in their power to make sure you have what you need and understand your medications. I'd give more stars if I could!!

Edit: They moved to a newer building next to Ingle's and share it with Vision Source. It's the same excellent service and prices just with a new shiny wrapper. Highly recommend.

We love Farmer’s! The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I have one brand of a medicine that I prefer because I have less side effects with it and they special order it for me every month.
