We just had our first appointment at Convenient Tax Service and can guarantee it will not be our last! Cassandra was phenomenal to work with and was so helpful in answering all our questions. She was able to prepare everything for our tax return during our one appointment; WOW! The team at Convenient Tax Service is so knowledgeable and kind. Recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable group!

Wendy and team have effectively handled my taxes for two straight years. I have so much to worry about as a single dad. So this being automatic and them being effective is so crucial. I really would urge anyone reading this review to reach out and give them a call for taxes. You will be a repeat customer and have no issue

Definitely recommend this team to do your taxes.We work with Kaylene and she was extremely thorough. We even threw her a loop, asking about changing our filing status, based on our current situation. While she didn't have an immediate answer for us she took a lot of time to learn and determine our best option. Thank you for all your help!!!

Fast, Friendly, Fair price, our tax preparer retired, we tried one year with H&R Block, disappointed. We are glad we moved to Conveniet Tax Service our taxes were done the next day, highly recommend.

I have been using Convenient Tax Service for over 10 years. In fact, I now live out of state and I still use them. They have been very professional and helpful and have always taken good care to file my taxes correctly and thoroughly. I love having the option of using their customer portal to upload and download my documents. It's user friendly and very convenient! Highly recommend!

Wendy has filed my taxes for a couple of years. Everything is always completed quickly with no steps missed. Many convenient ways to file without having to go in directly and the price is always fair. Also, very personable, every time I come in Wendy remembers a face and greets nicely.

This is the most wonderful tax service we have ever used. Everyone is so professional and friendly. My husband and I have been going here a few years and they do great work. Due to having brain cancer I can now not drive and my husband is disabled and also can not drive. They came to our house and picked up our taxes and even brought them back for us to sign. That was the kindest thing anyone has ever done for us. I will most likely not be here for next tax season but my husband will be and will continue to use them. I want to thank Wendy and the rest of the team for all they have done. Such amazing people.

Cori does a great job doing our taxes. The appointment times are flexible, and we are always in and out quickly. We have a unique tax situation, but it’s not a problem. She charges us fairly, and gets us a the best return possible.

this was my first time filing my taxes as i’m from another country so i needed all the help i could get. Amanda was brilliant with me and explained the entire process and made it so easy for me. i will be coming here every year as the cost is also very reasonable
