Awesome little friendly spot to have lunch. I was next door at the hotel, walked over here for lunch. $8.99 for a lunch plate of two filets of tilapia, two sides, and a corn bread was pretty cool. Loved this place, and I would definitely come back.

This was tasty stuff. I have meatloaf mac and cheese and collards with cornbread. A perfect kind of lunch which is followed by being real full and total couch lock. I will definitely go again.

Love eating here for breakfast or for lunch!! You get a lot of food for the price!! The lunch menu switches up daily but the breakfast choices are pretty much the same, but still a lot to choose from for breakfast as well!! The atmosphere is very inviting and the ladies who work the food bar always have the best attitudes and will have you leaving with a smile on your face!! Definitely recommend anyone traveling by to stop and give it a try!! It's truly down home cooking!!

Love their biscuits!!! Big servings. Lunch is great, lots of options of good country soul food. They move people through the line fast so even if there is a long long line, you get through quickly. I call ahead for Togo orders and they have it ready usually within 10 minutes

Good thing I search this place way better than in other food chain diner. The breakfast is excellent and the coffee The staff are super friendly. We definitely go back if we around in this area. Highly recommended Today second time around we have a lunch 7.99$ 1 meat (fish fillet 2 pcs hushpuppy with 2 sides and it was really good.

If you're looking for a southern-style meat and three, and one that also serves breakfast, then this is your place! Commerce Country Cafe is a true classic! I had a table near the front, and watched the staff work. They were like a well-oiled machine. And even though the line was out the door the entire time that I was there, no one waited for their food more than 5 minutes. Just $5.49 for grits, eggs, bacon or sausage, a biscuit, and coffee.

I was walking to Burger King to grab some lunch while I wait for my truck to be fixed, when I noticed this little gem. I ventured in.
This is a cafeteria style restaurant featuring home style "comfort" food. I had the pork tenderloin, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, and pecan pie.
The pork loin has an interesting taste hinting at sweet and sour. Delicious. The mac and cheese was somewhat bland, but a little pepper fixed that right up. The cornbread is the smooth, bready kind. Not the grainy kind. Didn't stop it from being good, though. But it was the pecan pie that brightened my day. It's become one of my favourite parts of the American South.
The whole meal, with a drink, came to about $9.50. A fair price, good service, and good food. I will do this again if I'm ever in the area again.

We had lunch here. Great homemade country southern cooking. I had country fried steak & gravy, squash casserole, mac & cheese, slaw and cornbread. It was delicious. My friend had chicken livers and loved them. Another had greens and fried orka loved them. Another had from the breakfast menu bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Said they were huge and some of the best grits around. Cant wait to go there again

Visiting from northern USA and just want to say this little cafe is amazing.

Cute, small, cozy, southern comfort food and it even opens up at 5am.

Everyone is super friendly even at the crack of dawn.

I got a Chicken, bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with a little gravy!

We came in for breakfast yesterday and had a great experience. Not only was the food great, but the staff was very accommodating and helpful in serving our five children. There was a line to the front door when we arrived around 9:45 (on a Saturday morning), but it moved very quickly.
