Dunkin'

I come through the drive thru every weekday morning with my best friend and our oldest daughters for our regular coffees. The morning crew (more specifically Britt, Harley, and Zoey) are the literal dream team. They are always in the best mood and make you feel so welcomed. From the start of the order, the girls know the rest. They make the entire day better when I see them! Always the best coffee to get the day going!

I love the weekday morning staff! Britt, Harley and Autumn are the sweetest. I must have my dunkin ice coffee everyday to mix with my protein shake and I've been coming so long my girl's know my order when they hear my voice. They all 3 Have the cutest bubbly personalities they just make are morning every morning. They all pop out to say hello or wave hello if busy. Britt has been there for so long I feel like we are family.

At first they didn't know what kind of sugar we wanted when we told them the reg kind they put liquid in it but now when we tell them the reg sugar they are like the grain kind we are like yea. They need an option on mobile ordering if u want water or green tea in it.

Quick, efficient & friendly service. Comfort location with different seating arrangements. Ample outlets for your electronic devices. So you can enjoy your coffee while you get some work done.

We love Dunkin' and this location. My husband and I have tried quite a few other locations in surrounding areas and our order is a hit or miss elsewhere. The staff has always been friendly and professional with us. Our order is perfect almost every single time. P.S. I can be a bit extra with my order...more of this...none of that and I have never been met with attitude or made to feel like I'm a "problem" customer.

The GM clearly takes care of and puts their employees first because these are the KINDEST and MOST FRIENDLY group of people I’ve ever encountered. I will wait in the 20 minute long drive through line because the people at the window are just kind and it makes such a difference! Seriously thank you all. When employees are appreciated, it radiates to the customers, and it is noticed!

Always super busy when I go and even with that they are always fast with my order and friendly. Best to order ahead on the app to ensure things are easy and quick.

Yesterday morning, on my way leaving Winder to start a long commute to Duluth/Johns Creek area, I ordered the new Chocolate cold brew coffee drink, the snackin' maple bacon, and the everything mini stuffed bagels. Picked up and headed down 211. I reach in my bag and pulled out cold bacon and regular stuffed bagels. I immediately called the store. Can't remember the young lady's name, but she was so sweet. I explained my mobile order was wrong and I'm already on the Interstate and cannot turn around. She wrote down my name and what I ordered and said I could come by after work. I called before I left work, got to the store, and the manager remembered the information was jotted down. She, too was very nice. I was a happy camper, and snacked the rest of the way home. Awesome Customer Service from this store!! I applaud those two ladies for the great customer service they gave me!!

The coffee is always amazing! The food is generally always great. Occasional food slip ups but we are all human and make mistakes things happen. It's NEVER been anything horrible! the drive through is always fast and staff is always very friendly! DD is the best!

Love going to this place especially first thing in the morning like I did today. There Doughnuts have always seemed fresher at this location over other Dunkin' places that I have visited as usual I went through Drive thru and this drive thru has it down. Quick to take my order and by the time I got up to the window it was boxed and ready to go no waiting only for my change.

I love this place! We visit every so often, because we live 15 mintues outside of winder, today we stopped in and my finace had forgotten to ask for mocha swirl added to are coffee, the people at drive threw were nice of enough to through in the mocha swirl at the window! Their always nice when I come through, and i have never had a messed up order.

Just got a large iced coffee. It was made quickly and I had no issues.

This has become my favorite dunkin in the area that I recently moved to. The service is what makes that possible. Always overstaffed with friendly staff but service is slow overall when not in the drive through.

I've eaten a lot of donuts, and my waistline shows it. I've also been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts. This is hands down, far and away the best Dunkin I have ever been to. The donuts are always super fresh and the staff is always very friendly.
