Fell in love with the New Zenith 24” x 48” book match tile On a Saturday when I went in to check out their selection, Gloria filled me in on the price per square foot ($8.95 sq. Ft.) and the fact they do not keep it in stock at the store and It must be special ordered. After visiting some other tile stores to find tile to compliment the book match tile I returned to D & B to purchase the book match tile. Gloria helped me again and informed me it would take 3 weeks to arrive at their Delray store. While processing the order the computer was informing us the special order fee was going to be Almost double the cost of the two pieces of book match tile. At that point I was deciding to cancel the order, but Gloria’s boss, the store mgr., Vince McIntyre Overheard our conversation and included my order in with another order that was coming in to Delray at the same time my tile was scheduled to come in and the special order fee was waived. The two pieces of bookmark tile was $140.00 and the special order fee was going to be well over $200. Needless to say I am extremely grateful to Vince and Gloria knows the tile business inside and out and is a true Pro! For a unique, exceptional selection of today’s hottest trends in tile and a polite, professional, ethical and informative Staff I give D&B Tile a 15 out of 10 rating! I have been a D&B customer for 15 years and they have always been friendly and helpful. Through the years many of their employees have gone over and above to provide great service. My latest encounter was with Tiffany Slay who also worked dillegently with me both in the store and by making calls on my behalf to find the tile I needed for my job. They also have great showrooms in their stores to give you and idea of what tile patterns look like installed. This is also very helpful.

Beautiful showroom with excellent lighting which greatly helps in matching up colors to coordinate tile, cabinets and paint colors. My clients enjoy our trade discount. Smart home buyers call Julie first for a seller paid commission rebate.

This is my third time using D & B tile. Great selection, great staff. Donna has helped me in the past and she helped me again with our next project. She is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Went to other tile stores but came back to D & B because of the custom service and their store hours.

Vincent was so helpful! I visited and contacted him several times and he always answered my questions. I love my tile and I think he gave me a great price. It was a much more pleasant experience than Floor & Decor. I never want to go back to Floor & Decor again.

D&B has a great selection of quality tiles and is definitely worth checking out. I found Jessica knowlegeable of the inventory and helpful in providing a number of reputable, licensed/insured installers that I could I obtain estimates for the work. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience here. Christiane is amazing!! Her color advice was soooo helpful at a critical time in our project. She went above and beyond and never made us feel rushed. We may have paid a little more on some of the materials (less on others), but after running around to all the do it yourself stores, it saved us so much time when we needed it.

Needed kitchen tile in a rush and very happy I went here. They had a nice selection in stock and Zack was great and so helpful from the phone and in the store. He has a nice personality and is very knowledgeable. He found a great tile for me that was in stock and available that day at the warehouse, if we could get there. I'd definitely recommend him and the store.

Donna is a rockstar! She's extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of style which allows her to make suggestions. She took her time showing us not only different tiles, but different combinations. She knows the business and followed up with me when she said she would. D&B has a great selection of tiles and many shower displays for inspiration. I highly recommend a visit.

I needed a certain color tile. I went into the back warehouse and a gentleman by the came of Leroy helped me find the "perfect" tile that i was looking for. I just needed to take the time and let you know that Leroy was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He even carried the tile to my car.

Wonderful...Vinnie Mcintire the store manager personally helped us find a great installer (Ramon Marte) and even billed us for LESS than the quoted price of our beautiful new porcelain flooring. We could not be happier. He even credited us for the return of some overage we were sitting with. Wish we could give TEN stars!
