O'shucks Seafood and Grill Winder

This location is super far from where I live and about 30 minutes from the Loganville location. My first at this location but I didn't dine in though. First impressions were good! It was very clean and neat even. I'm not sure how long this location has been opened but it seems new. They don't have a sign posted for 10% tips on to go orders and I wasn't charged. I'm super happy about that. I actually got a real cup for my to go order too. The food was packed well, big difference from the Loganville location. I was really impressed! It's a big difference from the other location. Don't get me wrong, I like the other location as well. My food was good! I recommend going here if you're in the area!

Walked in and was greeted by Paige and her smiling face. Started with the fried green tomatoes. Perfection. Best I’ve ever had. The remi dipping sauce is excellent. The food came out and the plating was beautifully done. Sweet tea is true southern tea. I had the Shrimp Poe Boy, fries & side salad. Josh had the stuffed Grouper and coleslaw (absolutely original take). Hot crispy, straight out of the fryer fries with the most crisp lettuce and vegetables. And the Poe boy… the bread was toasted, buttered and the sandwich was all constructed seconds before hitting the table. Not a bite of soggy bread. Outstanding meal and experience. First time and I was blown away. They really care about the food quality here. If you get a chance, do not miss this gem!!!!!

We ate at O Shucks for the first time at the recommendation of a close friend and how very satisfied my husband and I are with the excellent and friendly service that we received from our waitress Bridget. She was very attentive efficient and funny! She made our dining experience very good. Also our food was very delicious and fresh. We will plan on coming back soon.

Very pleasant patio dining for 4 tonight. BK is a friendly, helpful server, and the seafood dishes are creative and tasty. We really enjoyed the fried okra, the bisque, and the apple pie. Try O'Shucks next time!

We had a group of 15 for our work Christmas dinner. Our waiter was well organized, friendly, efficient. The food delivery was timed well considering we were opening gifts and talking a lot.🤣Food was good, reasonably priced. We all paid separately, which I know was a huge hassle for him, but transactions went quick and smooth. Def would eat here again.

As soon as I walked in the door they treated me like they knew me. Great service and very nice atmosphere. I got the fried oysters and shrimp. It was good, but it seemed that the fish and chips were a hit because everyone else had them. They had plastic cups that they let you have as your Togo cup. The Togo cups was also a nice sentiment. If you’re looking for a place to relax and have some good seafood this is the place. 10/10 would recommend and if I’m in that area ever again I’ll go back.

BK is amazing! She gives really good suggestions and the food is so good!! We have been here twice now. We are fans for sure! There is great music and the decor is fun and laid back.

Gulf shrimp 🍤 and scallops worth coming back for! The staff is so nice!

Goodness I am stuffed. We the Jalapeno Hush Puppies and Crab and Artichoke dip for an appetizer. Then we followed that up with the Lobster Ravioli, TNT Burger, Fried Shrimp for our main courses and everything was very good. For dessert we tried the Key Lime Cheesecake which was great! They practically needed a wheelbarrow to roll me out of there. Plenty of choices for everyone including the kids meals. You should definitely try this seafood restaurant if you haven't.

Exceptional! Service was great, food was delicious and the ambiance was fun. We had the calamari appetizer, fish and chips and then topped it off with their famous cheesecake sundae. It looks like a banana split but is actually made out of cheesecake. Was a tremendous taste-tantalizing experience for us all.

From the alligator bites ( yes real gator) to the Ambience, this is the place to be for the BEST seafood restaurant in Winder. The owner of this establishment has really set the standard for family dining. They also have a bar inside with a great variety of spirits. Hey but you don't have to believe me, stop by and give them a try. Best seafood in town.

We enjoyed their crab cakes, fried seafood platter, and a burger and everything was incredible. The seasoning they use is unbelievably tasty. It can be pricey but you're getting some really great seafood.

3 stars for the food... I've had much better seafood...

but 50 stars for the service!!!

Stephen is EXCELLENT at his job! Refilled our drinks quickly... Checked in on us regularly... Cracked a few jokes with us...

I rarely leave reviews, but i needed to let management know that they have an amazing server on staff and that dude is a keeper!!!

A neat little place right in your friendly neighborhood in winder! The people working there have a good heart and warm customer service. The food was a 10/10, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. O’Shucks reminds me of a place that would be in the Gilmore Girls television show, and I love Gilmore Girls! I can’t wait to go back!

The staff is great especially Amberley always attentive andI never have an empty glass. I love the whisky shrimp. I get mine over pasta which is awesome. I also love the she crab soup and the lobster bisque always a great start to my meal.

My family and I loved this restaurant! It was very clean & our server 💜(OMG sorry we forgot your name but remember you were greek, from Alabama) was super sweet, informative and definitely made it an enjoyable experience! Our oysters were great👍 and food was awesome, they also have a very laid-back Island atmosphere for it being located in the center of Georgia. The entrees were a little pricey for the portion size,, but every bite was very good. We will be definitely returning 😉

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at O’ Shucks Seafood Restaurant. The medium-well “temperature” (inside joke) of the salmon was great as requested by my wife. I had the seafood platter, Cajun-style, which I would recommend. We finished with apple pie ala mode. Before you say, “really…apple pie ala mode”. Go try it. Most restaurants bring a slice of pie with vanilla ice cream on top (like something YOU could make at home). This pie had a flaky crust, tender apples, cinnamon, vanilla bean ice cream, whipped cream topping and drizzled with caramel sauce. No one ingredient overpowered another; it was a perfect blend. Tonight for dinner I ordered the broiled seafood platter consisting of fish, shrimp, and scallops. It was so delicious ! In the past at other restaurants scallops can be rubbery but these were very tender.

As always, the food was superb! Brigette & Amberleigh made our son in law’s birthday fun & quite memorable! Thank you for taking care of us & the many laughs we shared together. 😊❤
