I meant to drop this review sooner! Iris and another lovely lady Gloria that I met here are amazing! I had a dry cleaner that is near Iris cleaners where I live in Boca that I’ve worked with for 3 or 4 years, tell me they wouldn’t do my clothes four days before a destination wedding. I get it was short-notice, but it wasn’t a large amount of clothes- few pairs of pants and few shirts etc. And I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them in the last three or four months not just with dry cleaning but also alterations on my existing clothes! I couldn’t believe it they were simply like “yea we see your a good customer but sorry we can’t do it. We’re too busy.” So my friend kev recommended Irish dry cleaners, and told me to stop by…and they were amazing! They have my business for life. Thank you!!

Iris is the best. She really takes care of all of my laundry needs, whether it dry cleaning, removing stains, repairing, or altering.

These ladies are incredible, incredible! They saved the day from a near wedding-gown disaster. I will be forever grateful for their help yesterday. We worked together and saved what could have been a bride's worst day ever. Literally worked a miracle and the best part, the bride never even knew! #TEAMWORK

I moved to Delray last October and found it hard to find a good quality cleaners at reasonable prices. Not only are they reasonable but they are the nicest people! My husband always look on point with their stuff!

I have been using Iris cleaners since my local cleaners closed. the owner is usually nice and polite
. but not when I questioned her on a recurrent charge (ESC) on my receipt and she said i should ask the city of Delray. I did and they didn’t know anything about that..told me to ask the owner..I never noticed that charge at my previous cleaners
.While I was waiting to pick up my dry
cleaning I asked another customer if she received the same charge . the owner overheard me and got so angry that i dared to ask another customer about the charge.. that she told me not to return to the store..a bit extreme or maybe a sign of guilt. who knows.
she just lost my business over an inquiry.. stupid move!!!

Beware! I brought my wedding dress to Iris for a dry cleaning before my wedding. She ruined my dress and did not take any accountability. She was extremely rude and put all of the blame on me. 5 days before my wedding. She did not notify me of the damages and allowed me to pick up a completely damaged dress. She also refused a refund. Terrible service and accountability. I am so heartbroken. Do not trust her with your clothing. Very shocking she is in business with the way she treats paying customers and clothing. My dress is falling apart and in unwearable condition. Looks like it was ran through a washing machine with no care what so ever.

I have never written a review (most definitely not a bad one before) but this type of customer service deserved a review. I highly recommend avoiding this dry cleaners at all cost. Not only will she ruin your clothing, but she will deny accountability. The owner is con artist or sadly, mentally unwell it seems. I brought my dress in the end of March, it just needed dry cleaning for some color issues. When I came to get the dress a week later, the dress was 3/4 times the size (they used the wrong method of cleaning and stretched it out drastically to the point that it wouldn’t stay on my body) I asked the owner to please put the dress they insurance as it was clearly ruined. She said she could fix it, 3 attempts later( I was super patient and polite letting her try to return it back to original form) it was not fixed (as there is no way to fix a dress that they already destroyed) I politely asked her to please replace the dress. She refused, stating she never did anything to the dress it came that way (I have time stamped pictures of the before and after) and started lying through her teeth (she said the dress got dropped off two years ago I have time stamps of the drop off and pick up dates all dated 2023) and being extremely rude, irate, and irrational. She told me to bring the dress back to the store (which makes no sense- the dress was beautiful her dry cleaners ruined it, the dress itself had no issues) I had a dress ruined once prior and the dry cleaners were so lovely, apologizing, replacing the dress and offering me extra store credit. The owner of the store sadly seems to suffer from deep psychological issues and has no care for her level of service or being a polite, honest business owner. I offered to show her the before and after pictures of the dress (with time stamps but she refused to be rational and look rather asking me to leave rather than being a professional and logical business owner)

Highly recommend avoiding this business at all cost and finding a dry cleaners that cares about its customers and has values

I used this dry cleaners for a while and at first it was fine until the dry cleaner ruined my designer shirt. I told them to replace it and the owner got super nasty and rude to me. She is a con artist and a terrible human being. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS. Normally delray store owners are super community oriented, not this woman. AVOID
