This was such a nice stay all the employees were polite however one went about and behind I do believe her name started with an A she has beautiful curly hair. She was so kind to everyone! A smile on her face the entire time.

The best hotel experience I had in a long time from the moment I checked in, the staff was prompt and very friendly. All the way to meeting Leann and Jeff who made my transition of checking out and getting to the airport flawless. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The price was more than reasonable. Thanks for everything! Looking forward to coming back (in the summer next time)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! Cannot say enough good things about the staff, the transportation service, and of course, the fantastic group of people in housekeeping. We had misplaced a part from our portable espresso machine. Michelle assisted us along with coordinating with housekeeping on locating the heating element. The staff was always friendly, happy to help, and smiling. Great sense of humor too. Cannot say enough good things about the entire hotel. They all work very well together. The rooms were very clean, well stocked and furnished.

After having quite the day of bad weather missed flights, and finally ending up in Milwaukee around midnight, I found myself without a room I called and the girl at the front desk Her name was Anastasia. Extremely nice. She immediately sent a shuttle over to the airport to pick me up and from the moment I walked in those doors the service was just excellent. I would highly recommend, this establishment the rooms were super clean even when I went to breakfast the next morning the staff was super friendly and nice thank you all for making me feel welcome

The staff here are fantastic! Super friendly, super helpful, and the rooms are generous in size. Location is conveniently close to airport, without much sound coming into the rooms. The breakfast buffet offers enough variety to have something different each morning for our 5 day stay.

Wonderful customer service, super friendly staff. Sorry I can't add. photos of my breakfast it has already digested it was 😋 cheese omelette, English muffin turkey , eggs. Great indoor pool, fitness center and a spotless hotel. I definitely use the fitness center. They did a great job with the holiday decorations..

Excellent experience. The rooms are fairly large, the kitchenette was nice with anything I needed, including a portable cook top and pan for when I wanted to make my own food. Their exercise room is small, but has what you need in it, and the heated saline pool is sublime.
Breakfast is great with good selection, and the patio area with grills and a fire pit was nice to hang out by, even at 45 degrees out.

Very clean and wonderful customer service. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing is I wish they cancel the 10 dollar parking fee. Other wise I’ll be back here if I’m in town again. Also you get greeted by your name on the tv. 😁

The room was big and clean. The pool was also very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle drivers were very friendly.

I travel a lot for work and have yet to experience the level of service I had here. I talked to Antonio, the hotel general manager, who is warm and welcoming. He addressed me by name whenever I saw him. The morning after my stay, a member of the staff asked me on my room was and how I slept. I also witnessed other guests interacting with the staff like they were family. You won’t find a better place to stay when you are in the Milwaukee area.

This was a a nice place. We stayed for a week. Super convenient just down the street from the Milwaukee General Mitchell Airport. The rooms are older but well kept. Having the large refrigerator, dishes, utensils, and dishwasher is super convenient. Saved us a bunch of money on dining out. The breakfast options are good, and coffee/ice water is available 24/7. The staff were all very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great, very friendly and kind. The beds in the rooms were comfortable, and the rooms were pretty clean. The pool was great, I wiss there was a hot tub, but still that was great. The breakfast was good, and there were lots of options. Over all really a really great hotel, and me and my family really liked our stay.

Absolutely every team member I had contact with was so friendly. The team takes pride in this property and values the guests. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in during my travels over the last 3 decades. Clean to the point that handles were being wiped down, trim work being wiped down, windows and doors cleaned and someone picking up any litter from the parking lot which is shared with another property. Parking is ample and they have a great seating area out front with a gas fire feature that was perfect during my stay as it was a little cold outside.

Clean, spacious, good breakfast. Friendly staff and nice little touches that were convenient. A bit far from downtown, and right next to airport, which could be a plus if you are at the airport, but just wasnt why we were there.

We stayed, with our dog Roscoe, at this hotel for 12 consecutive nights while awaiting the readiness of our apartment. It was a perfect extended stay and felt like home. The room was laid out with intelligence and had outstanding storage space. A kitchen kept us fed too well, the only thing lacking was a range, which wasn’t missed. There are multiple excellent restaurants nearby, and the 21st century allows for food prep without an oven. Home2 Suites will provide a cooktop if needed.

The bathroom was copious, again with great storage. Towels were thick, and housekeeping provided enough for fresh ones every day. Our room was cleaned well by request. Hot water and excellent pressure was appreciated. We did bring our own bath soap and shampoo, as Home2 Suites is not a luxury brand, and liquid soap/shampoo doesn’t make me happy.

A clean gym, with decent equipment, helped me try to keep in shape, and the attached FREE laundry room allowed me to do my wash while I exercised. It was perfect! Breakfast, something we didn’t take advantage of, is provided every morning free of charge. With all these amenities providing comfort, the best aspect of this Home2 Suites near the Milwaukee Airport was the staff. They were always friendly, remembered our names, and bent over backwards to be helpful. They are still phoning us when our random mail shows up at their hotel. If you have a dog, the hotel is surrounded by lots of grass, and it provides baggies and receptacles. While the immediate area may be airport/industrial, Grant Park, an enormous and gorgeous park lying smack dab on Lake Michigan is less than ten minutes away. Downtown Milwaukee is 15 minutes away.

We had a very stressful journey moving from Seattle to Milwaukee. Home2 Suites at the Milwaukee Airport helped make this transition a bit less weary. It was the ideal choice.

3 mim from the airport. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Perfect place to stay for an early flight.

We loved our suite with the kitchenette! Breakfast was included, and a wonderful surprise with several omelette varieties, whole grain waffles, lots of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, 3 varieties of juices. Delicious! Pool was wonderful spotless but I do miss hot tubs. Would go back anytime, very attentive service and attention to details! Cat friendly!!!

My son and I stayed here on a trip to watch a baseball game. Everything about this hotel was nice and well kept, and the staff was friendly. Everything in the room was nice, and the kitchenette was especially nice to have. The breakfast, pool, and exercise room were all nice and enjoyed by us, too.

Stayed here a few nights with my family. Rooms were clean and large enough. I loved having the curtain that could be pulled out to separate the bed from the sofa area. The staff was phenomenal. The weekday breakfast lady (hope you don't mind me making up a title for you!) Was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure there was plenty to eat. The weekend breakfast lady was great also. The driver of the airport shuttle was very professional and friendly. The staff at the front desk were great. I have not stayed in other Home 2 properties, but will definitely look for them next time we're traveling. I hope this is a corporate culture. It was so refreshing.
