While an intended bath remodel was being done, an incidental leak was found in 2nd bath. Schoof's Plumbing and Mark of Emerald City Tile both, were dependable, respectful, reliable, affordable and above all, so so talented in their craft. Pleased beyond words!

If you need any plumbing work done Schoof Plumbing is awesome. They are local from Saint Francis and their prices are very reasonable. We had all our pipes changed over to copper. They did it in two days and minimum water outage Frank worked pretty much nonstop and does fantastic work.

Schoofs was great to work with - old school type, hard to find - Kevin was really helpful in working with our old plumbing and coming up with tailored solutions, which other companies weren't willing to do (not cut out our original tile, not have to cut through the ceiling below, and help us find faucets that would work with our original laundry sinks). The quote was very detailed and Kevin added a few items for clarification for me.

Schoofs was reasonably priced for what we had done on our duplex - 2 18" dishwashers installed, 2 shower drum traps replaced and P traps installed, about 30 shut off valves installed requiring soldering, coordinating with the city to come locate our water shut off outside, 2 laundry sink faucets installed, 2 new shower mixer valves, 4 washer shock arrestors installed, remove very old defunct mixing valves, installed a water line to a fridge, installed 2 waste and overflow on 2 showers, capped off 4 gas lines, and replaced old pipe to PVC.

Kevin was really helpful in explaining things to me and I really appreciate all of the time he spent on our project. Frank spent about 6 days at our house and did really excellent work, dealt with the city inspector, and educated us. He had to come back to fix a few dripping soldering areas that we noticed later (which can be hard to get right) and he came back promptly.

All payment was made afterwards and matched our quote exactly.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already referred them.

Excellent work. Called them to replace water heater in the evening, had someone out the next day for the install. Replaced in about an hour and a half. No mess or hassles. Excellent price. Had used them before during the height of the pandemic because my shower failed to the point, I had to turn off the main. Nobody else would come out, but the actual owner came out and got my shower working again with some clever ingenuity. Imagine being in the height of a pandemic and could not wash yourself properly. Would recommend them to anybody. And will be my go-to company in the future for my plumbing repairs.

Was on time and professional. Frank informed me of things I didn't know about plumbing and helped solve our leaky bath faucet quickly. Even with it being an older brand of pfister. Recommend and will use again in the future.

Frank from Schoofs was totally professional. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Not only did Frank fix 3 problems in record time, the cost was very reasonable. I get anxious having to hire people for home repairs because of some bad past experiences, but Frank has restored my faith in tradespeople.

After a not so great experience with Blau's (high prices, questionable plumber, a piece that broke not long after installed), we were really in need of a good plumber. Some major issues cropped up suddenly and we had to get someone in here quickly. We were recommended Schoofs by a friend so we thought we'd give them a try.

The people on the phone were courteous and clear. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Boy was I surprised - the guy showed up on time! That's a rare surprise. Our plumber was named Frank and he was pleasant and efficient. He got right to work diagnosing our issues and didn't waste any time getting the job done.

We were impressed with the speed of his service but we were even more shocked when the bill came - he gave us a FAIR price. Wow. After getting overcharged by other plumbers, we were stunned to see that this company was all about SERVING the clients fairly and honestly - not about ripping us off for every cent they can get like others.

I think Schoofs is one of those rare gems in the industry: prompt, honest, fair, reasonable, polite and good solid workmanship to boot. I will use them again and will refer them to all of my friends. These guys are the BEST!

Frank came by today and did a superior job! I had another quote and Frank installed a laundry sink sump pump, reviewed my water heater and bathtub faucet. He still came in over $100 cheper then the other quote. He was also very friendly and personable. I strongly reccomend this company and will keep them in my phone for future use.

Left a message for a clogged bathroom sink and they called back shortly after. Scheduled next day with Frank. He came in, was friendly, cleared the sink quickly. Great support and service! Would recommend Schoofs and will be calling them for the next job.

Here is it three months later and I'm writing an unsolicited review because I can't say enough about the great job Kevin, Paul, and Eric did on our custom bathroom remodel. Each was able to do exactly what we needed done, and made a complex mess look easy. They were all friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Not to mention, Kevin's quote was half of the next highest we received for the same work. (Don't tell Kevin that!) I definitely will call them again.

Fast, professional, courteous. Frank replaced a tub drain that wasnt up to code. He was very professional, worked fast, and didn't leave a mess. The price was good as well. Highly recommended!
