Walt the owner is very hands-on and makes sure that their customers are taken care of properly. I had a Ford F150 that the transmission blew up on me. First I took it to the Ford dealer and they stated they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle for 3 weeks. I was referred to Mr. Transmission in Brooklet GA because of their high reviews and they actually will get the job done properly and give you an honest quote. My daughter bought a vehicle form Mann Proformance in Vidalia, within a week the vehicle started having issues and left her stranded. After lots af arguing with the dealership they agreed to let Mr. Transmission work on it. Walt was amazing! He helped me get the dealership to pay for the transmission to be replaced and got my daughter out of a rental car, 3 weeks, and back in her vehicle. My daughter and I are grateful for Walt. He goes beyond customer service and helps get things done. I highly recommend going to see Walt at Mr. Transmission when you need ANYTHING done on your vehicle. Do not go to Mann Proformance in Vidalia because you will get junk and shady people. Thank you Walt for everyrhing!!

Went above and beyond to work with the car lot to get my transmission fixed very quickly. Very detailed on every situation. Highly recommended.

I was scheduled to go back for the 2 week checkup on the vehicle that the transmission was fixed on. I went back twice in order to get that done but all I got were excuses. Now I have been set up for a third appointment for next week .This time I hope that someone is actually there that will be able resolve my issues.I still have not gotten the hoses for the heater or the air conditioner put back on. There was nothing wrong with either one.If there was a hole in anything then there would not be anyway for the air to cool at all or the heater to heat at all. The vehicle was heating and cooling perfectly before the transmission got fixed.

I went to this business on a referral and I am so very glad that I did. Excellence in customer service was provided to me which is important especially as a woman dealing with a mechanic. They were incredibly knowledgable and although it was a situation that anyone could have taken advantage of, they didn't. They were honest, extraordinary individuals that I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone near and far. Go see Joe, you will be glad that you did.

These guys are amazing and very professional. I had a transmission rebuilt by them for my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer and after having so many problems prior to having this done I haven't had not one problem since. I am really grateful for them!
