This is the best storage facility that I have ever used. It's clean, very reasonably priced, and Jerry is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He's knowledgeable, helpful and he cares about making his customers happy. Thank you Jerry for the outstanding service you have provided me and going that extra inch to satisfy your customers. Store Here on Richards is clean, convenient and safe that's why I chose it. The facility is well lit and well maintained. I've been
a customer for a few years now so I'm speaking from experience. I haven't had any concerns. I rarely post reviews that's why it is long overdue.
The added bonus is Jerry the manager! He is really considerate and caring. He goes out of way to be helpful. He values customer service and it shows. He's a 5 star kind of guy for sure! I recommend this facility to anyone and everyone .

Jerry is so wonderful he runs it like it's his own business I never seen someone who is very kind and takes his time to make sure you feel very comfortable with the spot you are renting I've had no problems he is above and beyond a hard worker he always makes sure that you are Happy when you arrive and at the time you leave

Jerry is amazing here! Upon first meet with Jerry my fears went away. He is professional and just an all around great gentleman. He took the time out of his busy day to show me each unit available in my range, tour of loading docks and keypad.
I have wasted money with literally 1 box stored in 2 other indoor storage facilities and just didn’t feel my items would be safe. Plus one of those other facilities has no way of access to your unit unless the manager is in because gate is broken, drive thru bay is broken, unload docks are broken. It was hugely false advertised online images as I rented online.

I have had an amazing experience here for the past few years. Jerry has treated me like family and genuinely cares about patrons as well as the community. I never want to use any other storage facility!

Jerry is by far the most pleasant and beautiful soul person I have met. His Superb customer service made me want to buy and shop at the same time. Jerry provided me with 5 Star Service from the time I walked into the establishment until the time I left. I can say nowadays it’s hard for people to be nice to one another- I’m so glad that Jerry and I interactions have pleasant beginnings and endings. I’m happy to be back - he made it worth my time. Jerry is the best. The facility is clean, heated and safe. Price is reasonable, but the reason we continued to keep our stuff at Store Here was Jerry. He is helpful and kind. He stayed near by our locker when my wife was moving things later at night. He made sure she was safe. He is always asking if we need a hand and always seems to be happy. I have had a great experience at Store Here and Jerry is the main reason why. Keep up the fantastic work Jerry and Store Here. Highly Recommend
