Staybridge Suites Milwaukee Airport South, an IHG Hotel

I stayed here when my husband had knee replacement surgery. When I say my experience was absolutely amazing. The hospitality was A1. Special shout out to Jenny for providing the best customer service. I truly enjoyed my stay.

When in Milwaukee Area I recommend you stay here. I won’t stay anywhere else!

The good location.
You can walk to the grocery store, Walgreens without car
Always friendly and responsible personal
High quality of mattresses, bed linen and pillows!
white and well-washed towels
free laundry (in another hotel I washed for $ 2 and dried things for $ 2), good sound isolation, I can't hear the neighbours
Well done cooked omelets, bacon and sausages, always delicious. Very tasty yogurt with fruits, lots of different sodas, coffee with syrups.
They have hours 3 days a week with amazing snacks as a full dinner and free beer/wine

Nice place to stay the night or even several days. The rooms are nice and extremely comfortable and clean. The only areas that need to be worked on in my opinion is the landscape and lawn care. The other issue was that several employees that are NOT handicapped would use the handicap parking spaces as their own private parking spots. It may not be a problem most of the time, but when you have about 10 or 15 Disabled Veterans staying at your hotel for several days, maybe you should rethink doing this.

Okay, so I was being helped by Diedra and Adrian (sorry if I didn’t spell your names correctly) and it was a PLEASURE to be assisted and serviced. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and they LOOOVED the place, the customer service and the availability of everything they needed. I was able to cook their favorite food so it was a win/win for them! Customer service was amazing from them and they tended to me as if I was at the RITZ. I come here A LOT and I must say the atmosphere has changed for the BETTER and professionally. It was indeed a pleasure.

Excellent hotel experience starting with welcoming and professional staff. Our room was spacious, clean and pet friendly. We were placed next to the elevator and did not gear extra noise the whole stay.i was very concerned with this location and our dog, but she apparently couldn't hear it either.

Loved that there was a living area separated by a door from the bedroom.

I will stay here again.

Finally! An IHG property that had a pool and hot tub that was working and even better from 9:00 to 11:00 it's adults only in the pool area something that more hotels should adapt. Staybridge Suites are one of my favorite extended stay hotels this one meets all the expectations. I was impressed with the breakfast as well that was not just your basic scrambled eggs and toast. Working Summerfest this property was conveniently located as well and a property I would definitely return to

I have always had a great stay! The workers go above and beyond to make sure things are just right! I had to upgrade to a suite because we had an additional person join us! Phoebe was able to graciously help me do that! She made sure our rooms were what we wanted. The breakfast buffet was very good. Again the gal was very helpful!!!

We called this place home twice and loved it. Great customer service. Cozy, homey atmosphere. We had a couple of loud neighbors but the staff and hotel are the best. Breakfast here is better than other hotels and there's a happy hour mingle MWF that's really great. Thank you to the whole Staybridge crew!

I cannot give the staff here enough credit. They are amazing. I did a 6 month extended stay and they made it a most enjoyable time. They took care of all my needs and provided a number of services based on my needs. The evening socials with beer and dinner became evenings with good friends (both staff and guests). They provide a sense of community while traveling and being away from home. The hotel was always clean and the room/suite with it's kitchenette was very convenient. The hotel has a Walgreen's next door and a grocery store across the way. Location is good. I strongly recommend this particular hotel and will stay there again. The overall value of these Staybridge Suites is outstanding.

Immaculate. Spotless. The most comfortable bed ever. Super friendly and helpful. Everything you could possibly need and more much more. Social hour was so thoughtful and nice to have a good healthy snack with a adult drink.seriously who does that lol. Its Amazing. Breakfast was good too so many choices. I had forgot a necklace in the room and after we checked out and realized. they helped me find it and they are shipping it to my address. Such outstanding customer experience. I was blown away at this hotel they truly do go above and beyond I will stay at this location now everytime I'm in the area. Thank you I'm more than impressed. If I could give more stars I would

Very nice place and have lots of fun things to do try it

I generally don’t take the time to review stuff, but this place deserved it, I travel for work so I stay in hotels a hell of a lot more than I want to, but this is by far the best, the staff is truly amazing. They serve breakfast and dinner Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and the food is great. The environment here is one of a kind. Quite at night, rooms are clean, the staff are great, they really make sure you feel like family. I really appreciate the hospitality and hope I come back to WI just so I can come back here! Keep up the great work! You guys are what every hotel should strive to be!!!

Very clean! Wonderful rooms, great breakfast, free laundry, and the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. They have a local shuttle to help you get around as well. I will be looking for a Staybridge Suite any time I am in need of accommodations away from home. I had a 2 room suite with a very nice kitchenette.

Awesome stay, very friendly people running the hotel.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is under-rated, should be a 4 star hotel at least. Rooms are warmly decorated, with very comfortable furniture. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and very clean, beds are comfortable. Hotel is within driving distance of many stores for shopping as well as close to major freeway to go N to Milwaukee, or South to Chicago. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We well stay here again!!

Spent a night here due to the weather. I was really impressed. They told me I had a queen studio. I didn't really know what that meant but I was pleasantly surprised. Microwave. Full fridge and freezer. Dishwasher. Garbage disposal. Stove top (no oven). And all the cookware and utensils provided. No bath tub but a spacious shower. The breakfast buffet I'm the morning was spectacular with so many options. The staff was attentive, friendly and kept everything clean. When I needed assistance, one employee asked if I needed help, couldn't help me, so tracked down someone who could. He also made sure to give a smile and say good morning the next time I saw him. We got 6 inches of snow over night. The parking lot was plowed by morning. I didnt visit the pool or the gym but I'd assume if it is like the rest of the hotel, it's just as good.

Nice rooms, good breakfast. Better spread than average.

I ended up booking another room with them via text. They are a couple miles further away from my destinations but the quick responses and ease of scheduling by just texting them made it more convenient to stay with them again.

First let's start by saying how wonderful housekeeping did keeping the site clean. This site is well managed and showed the best customer service ever. The breakfast and social hour was nice as well I will visit and stay here again.Great job! Just add grits to the breakfast menu:)

Great every time I stay there. There is a lady name Jennie that is awesome there. She works in the breakfast/evening social. She is full of life and so great to be around. She makes my day every time I visit there. She has awesome customer service to everyone. Jennie just make everyone feels special and welcome. I just found out her name. She is awesome. I wish we had more people in this world like her😉. Love this hotel
