I would give 10 stars if I could! Customer service is textbook perfect. Installation was a dream come true! Lennie and William took excellent care of our home as they paid close attention to detail. They were responsive to our desires and a joy to work with. Thanks to the owners Jenny and Mark for sending the best and treating us like family!

This is an excellent company to do business with from the sales and office staff, the demo team and the install team. They were professionals in every sense of the word, Knowledgeable, on time, clean and careful with demo and moving furniture, friendly and helpful. On top of all that they gave us a great product at an affordable price. I would give them the highest rating possible and recommend then to anyone looking to have flooring done .

The process was seamless, quick, efficient, well represented, fully explained in detail, timely, prompt, completed, and a good value at a fair price. The workmanship of the installation was exemplary, high quality and displayed care and concern whenever possible. They literally took care of everything and my overall involvement was minimal with the least intrusion and no worry. I highly recommend them for services and would call upon them any time needed.

Took a few quotes - this quote was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. It was very good however, in terms of value. The sales process was phenomenal with Mark, the scheduling process, with Jenny was also!
Lastly, the work performed by Artie and his crew is top notch. Definitely recommend

It was a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable. I thought I wanted ceramic tile but he explained that for floor and what I needed luxury vinyl was best choice. I had thought because of how bad the floor was and do get it prepped for the floor it would be very expensive. It was not expensive and the vinyl floor is beautiful and waterproof. That was what I needed. Love my new floor.

I'm so happy with our new floors and impressed with how quickly and beautifully they were installed. The installation crew really knew what they were doing and paid great attention to detail. Mark and Jenny were fantastic to work with. They responded quickly to any questions I had and followed through with any requests. When the installation was complete, Jenny called to make sure everything was satisfactory. They provide excellent customer service. From the first phone call with Mark I experienced their top notch customer service. His wife, Jenny, reaffirmed their commitment to providing excellent customer service. I had called several flooring installers prior to reaching out to Floor Coverings International North Tampa, but they either never returned my calls or they didn't seem to care whether they were hired or not. With Mark it was different. He didn't act as though it was a job I was hiring them for he came across as if he were doing the renovation in his own home. As with certain things in life, particularly renovations (I have extensive experience in this arena), sometimes plans don't always go as expected and you encounter a hiccup or two, but in the end it is how the hiccup is handled and cured that makes the difference. Mark and Jenny went above and beyond to ensure our little hiccup in the beginning turned out to be nothing but a spectacular result in the end. I love my new master and I am happy that Mark and Jenny helped me create my dream suite.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings Int’l, they installed wood look tile and new baseboards in the majority of our home. This was a huge job and I had a ton of questions and concerns but Mark and Jenny were extremely responsive and answered all my questions. Also impressed with the installers and the job they did. One of the them went so far as to tell us the grout we picked out would not look good. While that was not what I wanted hear, he was absolutely correct and we went and bought a different color. Had he not spoken up we would have hated our new floors and probably would have had to spend an extra couple thousand dollars to redo the grout. I highly recommend this company for your next flooring project!

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of North Tampa. The owner Mark and his wife Jenny are both so nice and professional. Mark came to my home and made a point to spend a lot of time showing me different flooring options and answering all my questions. I had an estimate given to me in a matter of just minutes. Yesterday the installers finished putting in my floors and I LOVE it! The floors look amazing and the installers were so friendly and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I'm so happy I picked this company to install my floor.

I can't say enough good things about Mark & Jenny from Floor Coverings International North Tampa. They brought plenty of sample choices to my home and helped me pick out the best carpet for my home. The installation was completed in one day and they were extremely careful when they moved my furniture. I love my new carpet!!!

Mark and Jenny were great to work with. We had some hiccups with shipping delays but Jenny kept us in the loop and made sure we knew where everything stood. Once the manufacturer got them the flooring they started right away and finished on time. Their workers were clean and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the service our the flooring.

FCI was an absolute delight to work with. They took on a smaller project other companies would not do. I'm sure they're just as good with large jobs, but it says a lot about them that they were willing to help me out. The installer was professional and fast. Overall a great experience!

Both the removal and installation teams did an excellent job. They were careful of our furniture and we are extremely happy with our new flooring. We highly recommend this company and will use them again.
