John and his guys are my new "go-to" painters. I cannot say enough good about the quality of the work and the quality of his team. I am picky and specific, he knew that, and he delivered. We had our entire house brush and roll painted. They did an excellent job using the Sherwin Williams product we selected. Three coats, a Kilz, and two finish coats. I used JJ Pro because I received an excellent recommendation from a previous customer who I know is a picky detail guy. Excellent choice! Wow. John and his crew, with the leadership of Dustin, JJ Pro Painting did a fantastic job painting our home in Bardmoor. Attention to detail was a priority for the crew. Communication from John regarding scheduling was top shelf. He always texted to get our input if there was a question regarding issues that cropped up during the project. We interviewed a few of the “Big Player” painting firms in our Seminole area and disliked their loosely worded written proposals. Never any detail as to the brand of paint, how many coats and method of application. JJ Pro wrote down what they were going to do and far exceeded the specs and our expectations.

John and his team did an awesome job with the exterior of our 2-story home in Valrico. John worked closely with us to find the perfect unique color pallette we wanted. We were also doing roofing, carpentry and gutters at the same time. John was on time with all commitments which made the work with the other contractors go quick and smooth. In the end we added a few items to the original contract and were charged very fairly for the additional work. On top of all the other work this was started at the same time the pandemic started. John and team did a great job with safety precautions. We are axtremely pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family..he already did one other house in our neighborhood.

We had a small roof leak during the hurricane. It was just enough to stain the ceiling. Everything John said came true. It looks great, they didn't spill a drop. I have a new painter!

I hired JJ Pro to paint the exterior of my house. They did a good job, but the lasting effect is somewhat dissatisfied. I gave him a little jar of the sample paint color I wanted from Lowe’s. We had talked about Lowe’s, and I thought he’d go there. He went to Home Depot for a “color match.” It failed miserably. The base white paint of all paint stores is different. Even the color drops could be different. Don’t believe me: call any paint store and verify. I watched as they painted the edges, but in the bright sunshine, I couldn’t see the actual color. At one point I went inside for several hours. When I came out, the entire house had been painted ... but not in the soft sage green I loved in other homes. It was more an Easter Egg green. Yes, I was amazed at the stunning and dramatic transformation of a forty year old home, which had never been painted. I now have to live with a disagreeable color that it is not my wheelhouse. I had gotten approval from the park office for my colors. They are very fussy, and want to keep this park up to a higher level. If I had it to do over again, definitely, I would (1) be at the store when the paint is ordered, check it, and if it is wrong, will not accept it; or (2) check the paint when he arrives with it before any painting is started, or (3) buy the paint myself. If you hire JJ Pro, I strongly urge you to buy the paint yourself.
