Very good welcoming, very good price, quiet, the motel is in a very good location, near to shopping, food, yes the place is not luxurious but whatever you ask they gonna do their best to make you happy.

The Owner and Son's are very kind hearted, meet all requests possible and do everything possible you can imagine to make your stay 100%. I've seen them steaming rooms and carpet cleaning, house keeping daily and maintenance on site. There are a few people on hard times living there and very comfortable witch was surprised to see. Also cars, lot and outside very well protected by the owners, weekly residents and tons of cameras. Biggest thing no Bugs! Clean! Prompt management reply! Nice area. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on 27th. No junkies or hookers walking around the lot asking for money either. Was very quiet. Definitely shows the work these guys put in!

The new owners are great and the maintenance guy Will is ready to help you out to make your stay the best it can be. The people that stay there are really friendly and ready to help you if you need it. The new owners are doing a really good job fixing up the place since the last owners. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room both are nice and clean. There is a liquor convenience store right next door to it they are friendly as

The owner and housekeepers are amazing and have a great work ethic. The rooms are very clean and include mini refrigerator and microwave which was super nice. If you’re looking to stay anywhere from a day to a month, this is the place I’d recommend price wise as well! Just all around fantastic service. Thank you so much.

Location not good enough service okay but you have a lot of neighbors drink and talk too loud at night time

Good monthly rates, very friendly ppl that run this place. That have a grill outside that my friend gave them for everybody that stays there to use. Very clean. Housekeepers are very nice and they do an excellent job cleaning the rooms.

Checked in cpl hrs ago. Young man at desk was very friendly and professional. Clean room, wifi works, TV works, fridge works. Im pleased.

This is my favorite hotel by far the owners are extremely nice and give you a warm feeling when staying there huge king size bed, perfectly clean rooms, microwave clean, bathroom clean the entire rooms are clean no complaints at all I love it here the housekeeper does one heck of a job cleaning she leaves everything perfect I recommend staying here

Excellent weekend stay. Large rooms, microwave and mini fridge made for a great stay! Slightly older but on the economy side. Overall thumbs up!

We stayed here back in 2011. Loved this motel. Everything was over there. Wal-mart aldis and restaurants. Always gotten room 12 when we stayed for the weekend with my hubby.

Nicer rooms. Better that most of the hotels on the same road. Definately recommend this place. I ended up leaving another motel and found this place. I'm glad I did. I am here on a contract job and needed a week to week rate.

Front desk folks vety friendly. Rooms large and clean. Felt very safe here.
