Arby's

Just went through the drive thru for a couple of Roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. Nothing exciting. Food was hot and good like always.

Ordered two double roast beef sandwich meals only to get home and realize my fries were not in the bag, tried calling up there several times and nobody ever picked up the phone… I’m not a Karen I usually just take my loss.

Bethany seems like a pro at handling rude customers. I saw how she handled a rude customer online. Please give her a raise and don't fire her! Employees like her than can keep calm and still be kind during those situations are extremely rare and worth keeping!

Despite the crazy man who held up the line I was pleased with my overall service and how professional the staff was during the whole situation. Food was fresh too! Bethany is awesome!

I drove all the way from NY to go to here and I was not disappointed. I saw some crazy lunatic saying that they wouldn't be coming back, but hey, more curly fries for me. Also Bethany is real G.

Shanae served us at the drive through and was very patient with the many orders in the car. She was kind and helped us navigate the best options for our order. The food was hot and delicious. They were out of the chopped jalapeños so I couldn't get my favorite slider but I had a French Dip instead, I hadn't had one in awhile and it was very good. Not all Arby's are always good but this location is consistent.

Love tge classic roast beef sandwiches. The thin sliced meat tastes so good.

Well they have always been the best drive thru of all the other fast foods. Never has my order been incorrect and it's always made to order. Food is excellent but upon my last visit this past weekend the cook at the fryer needs more training chicken sandwich & fish way overcooked almost burned wasn't to happy come on guys don't let me down.

I have literally never been let down by any Arby's or Arby's employee no matter location, and this location and Bethany are no exception to all my positive experiences.

Bethany did a wonderful job handling a difficult customer, who attempted to ruin her image on tiktok (@promoinfinity) (and it backfired horribly). By all means give her a raise and please do not discipline her for her patience with dealing with a literal child behind a camera.

The people were friendly, our food was fresh, and our order was right. Can't get better than that for a fast-food restaurant.

You all are very lucky to have Bethany! I hope you have her back as one of your customers are currently attempting to smear her on social media.
