Knowledgeable, honest and reliable are just a few words that describe plumber, Joe Karweik. Over the last few years, I have needed the services of Joe, the most recent a month ago when a problem was developing with our hot water heater. When I called Joe, his voicemail said he’d be returning from vacation in three days – I left a message describing the problem. The next morning, we had NO hot water.

While still on his Canadian vacation, Joe called me to discuss the problem and assured me he would schedule our repair for his first day back to work. Joe walked us through a “temporary fix” for our hot water heater’s thermostat which gave us hot water! True to his word, Joe called me early Monday morning to schedule an 8 a.m. appointment. He arrived on time and replaced the thermostat. Joe’s rates are reasonable and his communication skills are excellent – no surprise charges!

I am very particular about who does work in my home and I highly recommend Joe Karweik!

Joe is an amazing guy and plumber. He has helped me numerous times over the past few years and I would never look anywhere else if I had any issues. Even when he was not available to do work he helped by giving me the info needed to get the job done. Best plumber ever!
