I was able to order new carpets for my home and have them professionally installed within a week! Big thank you to Bridgette and Wendy in flooring for their amazing work.

Was there for 4 hours going thru wood to find top choice for hand rails on wrap around porch. The two associates were there the whole time assisting me. Excellent customer service. 100 times better than the HD in Phenix City

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Had several employees offer to help me find things if needed. They asked how we were. Well stocked store from what I could tell. Would recommend!

Ordered a new door. To say it was packed carefully to avoid damage is an understatement. The picture shows a door protected by several other doors. The crew at Home Depot went to work to remove the excess material and made my job significantly easier. Thanks folks!!

The Homedepot on Sowega Drive in Columbus, Ga is one of my favorite stores for tools, rental equipment,Vinyl flooring selections, bathroom remodeling supplies, trees and shrubs. The customer service with the staff has always been excelent. Instock has never been an issue. I have also used their online orders and to car delivery. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this store. I have also have used them to install flooring in my bedroom and closest and had a great experience with the gentleman that was sent to my home.

Customers fighting over TVs there's enough TVs in there with different sports channels if they don't like what's on the sports channel they can move their chair and look at what they want they don't have to make the waitress change the whole screen to watch their sports channel that inconveniences like six tables of people enjoying a game

Great home depot store. This store is huge store. Very clean. Most employees are very helpful and knowledgable except for one young employee who walk right by an elderly man and women struggling to load plywood on a cart. When asked for help he just walked off. A supervisor was notified and she immediately took what I felt was appropriate action. One bad apple can ruin a tree but when picked off and tossed by another apple in the tree you will find a tree that not only survives but grows.

Dwayne, who works outside helped us today tremendously . My Halloween prop fell and the head, rolled off. Dwayne was there to help us get him going again, thank you, Dwayne. Home depot has a great employee there.

The place you want to shop at if you want a good selection of brand names AND good service! Much better service than Lowes.

Alvin with the cabinet department is awesome to work with. Alvin is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Great suggestions. Our go-to cabinet person!

Dennis with plumbing was very helpful today and went out of his way looking for a piece we needed to complete the project.

kat in paint was great. She said to get gray primer instead of white primer, to counterract the orange paint I was trying to cover up. Then my final white color would go over the gray primer easy. Otherwise the orange just would've bled through the white primer, and it would've been a mess. So thank you kat for educating me and saving me a lot of time, money and hassle later. This is why i go to the Depot instead of Lowes,always.🙂

Went here to purchase a washer and dryer using my military star card … found it can only be done online through the AAFES website… 6 months no payment and 0% interest if purchased from Home Depot, couldn’t pass this up

Today I had a curbside pickup and as I’m pulling up the curbside associate, Melissa Bickler was greeting me at my car. Speedy & Great service! I have never had a problem with Home Depot. Lowe’s on the other hand, I did the exact same thing on the app and sat in my car waiting over 40 minutes and calling multiple times for nobody to ever answer. I will definitely not recommend Lowe’s curbside to anyone! Avoid at all costs!
