Went in to get a hat. They had a great selection, reasonably priced, and very helpful with getting the right sized hat. Would definitely recommend coming here for any western wear your thinking of getting

This place is incredible. The customer service was immaculate. I was doing a little road trip and I went in just to look at some boots and ended up leaving with a whole outfit. The pricing was right and the next time I'm in the area I'm going to have to get another pair of boots.

We went in to find cowboy hats- we’ve been looking for years. The gentleman and lady present in the store were very helpful and patient with us as we tried on many hats! We ended up with the perfect ones. Great experience overall.

I went to this store for a cowboy hat. I was not disappointed. The gentleman helped me pick the perfect hat for a concert that I was attending later that day. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciated the gentleman giving me options along with descriptions of why the hats were different. I will definitely come back for their button ups as they have a wide selection of them in my taste which is kind of Native American pattern. This is the place in Milwaukee for Western Wear!

My partner and I were very happy to found such a ridden gem in Milwaukee. The store is clean and the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out with a brand new hat and boots. I was in the market for a pair of western cowboy boots. Been many, many years since I bought a pair and didn't know where to start. An online search showed Los Potrillos among others. I must say I was impressed with all of the 5 star reviews; so headed there.
There's a reason for such high ratings. First off, the selection is amazing...virtually any shape, size or color of boot imaginable. And, if they don't have what you're looking for they'll do their best to order it for you. And that level of customer service is what really stands out. From the moment you walk in the store, Jesus and his team make you feel so welcome and extend their willingness to serve you in a very genuine manner... not one bit pushy. All that and very fair prices made for a most positive purchasing experience! Highly recommended!

Our family/group 8 went into the store today, ahead of the George Straight concert to buy some cowboy hats. The two guys working there were so helpful and patient with all of us, trying on all sorts of hats, different sizes and changing minds. We all were so happy with our purchases!!! Thank you to the two guys working today, you made our first purchases for cowboy hats a very enjoyable experience!!!!!

Now we are off to the concert looking mighty fine!! :)

I was looking for a good western store in Milwaukee and I couldn’t have found a better one than Los Potrillos! Super friendly and helpful and I found the boots that I was looking for!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful experience at Los Potrillos! They reshaped and cleaned my hat while helping my boyfriend find a hat for himself. He was able to find a new pearl snap shirt and a belt buckle as well. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here and we will be back!
