If you are desperate for a place to live, even with bad credit and evictions, this is the place for you. The property owner is really understanding and will work with you. However, some of his properties are poorly maintained and you may have to make some repairs or improvements on your own. A small price to pay for a roof over your head.

My daughter lived in one their apartments for over 7 days with no electricity because the prior tenant was evicted. It took them an eternity to cal WE Energies and inform them that this was a new tenant that needed service.

Property I had was the worst experience ive ever had. They don't like to do repairs and if they do they stop the problem for now then later your back calling them for the same problem.
