Stopped there the other night and a young man changed my headlight bulb. The location of the headlight bulb made it almost impossible to change without taking things apart. But he didn't give up. He got it changed and made sure it worked before I left. That's true customer service, and it's not something you see everyday. He will make a great manager one day. Keep him around!

Ran all over our small tri-city area and pulled into O'Reilly...tiny gal named "Pamela" behind counter and no one else in site. Let me tell ya, almost turned around, but she had this look to her, tattoos, yata...and after talking to her, wow, she knew her car stuff! I needed a new battery...she dotted all I's and crossed every T...listens, understands and can answer your questions. Very friendly lady that really gets it...enjoyed chatting with her, she knew her way around a car, turns out her brother who passed away was an auto mechanic and taught her everything she needed to know. He never wanted auto repair places to try pull one over on her thinking she did not know her automobile. Ladies...this is the place to come to find out what's going on with your car or even have a battery dropped in free and by a smart kind lady. It was truly a genuine experience!
