Red Arrow Park

I love this park! I live only 2.5 mi away, so I come here often when the weather is warm enough. On one side of the park you can look out onto the Green Bay of Lake Michigan, enjoying the beat of the waves. On the other side of the park, is a protected cove which includes marshland, beach, lake grass, and multiple kinds of birds and other wildlife. The park has picnic tables and a few benches from which you can enjoy the multiple views. There are also several beaches from which you can swim and enjoy the water. If boating is your thing, there is a convenient boat ramp in great condition. A lovely park, all around!

Nice secluded lagoon on one side with decent fishing and nearly complete wind protection. With a small boat, landing capable of handling most small vessels. On the other side is a nice white sand beach stretching almost a mile., At the park proper, you can find a playground and more.

I love this beach/park. I grew up at this park. Gotta keep walking south when you first pull into Park. The Red Arrow Park turns into a seagull bar then keeps going to the new island of seagull bar. A whole new world out at the end of the point with white Sand. Just beautiful

This place was great! I wish I could have spent more time on gone all the way on the peninsula! This place was also busy. Its obviously a local favorite place to relax. It was a muggy day and the lake breeze was nice!

Stunning Sunrises can be captured here, as well as very enjoyable afternoon walks on the beach, and this place is a birdwatchers paradise👍

Nice spot to visit. Gorgeous views of the lake and the lighthouse. If I'm ever in the area I will visit again.

Nice park with beautiful views of the lake and lighthouse. There are some nice trails buy a wildlife area as well. The beach looks nice, but was closed because it was October and too cold. The playground looks like it would be nice for children and the picnic shelters look good as well. Also the park is popular with fishermen.

Great place! The gentleman on duty was great! The storys of when he was a kid here was amazing! Climbing all the way up...OUTSTANDING!

Beautiful walk. Herons, egrets, frogs, and ducks. Nice breeze and shade.

Very cool place! The bay is frozen!

Great place for all ages. We've had issues with people leaving used needles on the beaches in the past, but I've heard of efforts in the past couple of years to get it cleaned up. I've been there with my family a few times this year and thus far, no needles!

If your ready to get your feet wet it's fun to go south exploring the sand bars the water was warm and only about knee high at most, definitely was a hidden treasure! We stopped earlier in the day but our son was sleeping and thought it was a dud because the off road stroller could only go so far. Went back later put our son in a backpack carrier and had a blast with our dog playing in the water!

Great park on the bay. Nice area for kids to play and open for flying kites or throwing a football around. They really cleaned it up over the past few years. Just bring bug spray
