Clean, great selection. Excellent meat department. Love the sausage. Prices are high compared to Ohio. But given the rural location they are fair. Best place to shop in the U.P.

Love going to Jack's for some of my general groceries and to also find some of those more niche products. They also have one of the best selections around for finding spirits and for building a custom six pack of beers from a great imported selection as well as from many local breweries. All of the staff are extremely accommodating and very willing to help. We went in to look for lumpia rolls and were unable to find some, but when we asked an employee she offered to take down our information and do some research to see if their store can acquire it or where we may be able to find some. Absolutely stellar service!! Definitely a great grocer and far better than walking through the crowded and obnoxious Walmart across the way, highly recommended!

Amazing service and finally, a bakery that was honest!! I had called actual "bakeries" between Escanaba, MI., down to Green Bay WI. looking for a simple cake but with a not so simple twist. An 8 inch round single layer marble cake with whipped frosting. That was the simple part. Mid green color (grass green) mirror glaze on top, then the usual happy bday and their choice of floral on the cake. No preferences on the deco since I was giving them the mirror glaze. I asked if they would be able to do it. The decorator said she would be very glad to do this. I was stunned, happily so. I think I asked "are you sure" about 4 more time until I finally said, don't answer, I'm just amazed and so very happy can do this ! I had called the other bakeries and when it came to the mirror glaze, I got hems and haws and "we can try". I even got an, "Oh sure! We'll even cover it with green florets." I told them I would think about it and call later. A mirror cake covered with florets?? It's called a mirror because it's supposed to be a flat shiny surface, like a... mirror! Other than that, from now on when I want a bit of a specialty cake done, Jack's is the first place I'll be calling.

Very nice and clean store. I love shopping here while in the area. Good deals to be had here also.

Love the selection of products and produce. Good quality. Stop here for English muffin bread and the chicken salad. Always end up taking more home!

My wife and I visited the store to buy some fruit and coffee, and were amazed at how clean it was, also the products and shelves presentation was outstanding.

I get there as much as I can, staff are very friendly and helpful. They have some good deals I have not had their meats in a while so can not say anything about that.

Great produce and they even had all the organic or plant based foods we were looking for. Customer service was great and the store was clean and tidy.

This is the best grocery store you can imagine! They have the best quality meat, fruit, vegetables and baked goods.

The beer selection here is phenomenal and the employees provide solid recommendations. I recommend stopping by on your way through town.
