Sunrise Motel

Hi this is my second time stayed here the first time I was here for 4 months now I am here for a couple weeks because of my living situation but it's a great place it is clean cute the rooms are cute great service the people are great and nice and whoever says that the rooms have bed bugs is a lie because I've never seen any bug bites or been bit maybe these people need to take a shower and are bringing it back from wherever they came from but other than that I love the people I love their service great rates cable Wi-Fi they stay out of your business and that's that and whoever is making bad post about this place are probably lying because they couldn't get away with something. But I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for peaceful place to stay and clean clean rooms and people that keep to themselves

Very nice people! We've been doing some work there, replacing the well pump system components, such as the pressure tanks we show in a picture. Top of the line well-x-trolls with 7 year warranties, highest in the industry. But once again the owners were extremely helpful, even providing hot lunch. If they care for their patrons like they did us, it would be a hard place to leave.

Wonderful location with great hospitality! The room was clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room decor was cute and quaint to make it feel like home. The young lady in the office was wonderful and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet, safe location then I highly recommend.

GREAT DEAL FOR SUCH A LOW COST! The Sunrise Motel has been a go to place for me and a few of my family members over the years. They have reliable service. The new owners are great, they are working on some sort of improvement to the motel every time I see them. The rooms are always clean, they have a mini fridge and microwave.The room I stayed in this last time had just been redone with fresh paint and new counter tops. It is great to see the place that I have been coming to for years finally receiving some TLC. I would recommend this family run business to all my friends and family... and to the viewers of this post!

Awesome room for the very reasonable price. Very clean very up to date. The owners are so nice my wife and i were making a salad and i am a real sucker for fresh grown tomatoes anyway i noticed the owners had a really nice garden wuth some beautiful tomatoes, i couldn't help myself i asked the owner if i could have one and witout a moment of hesitation he told me to get anything i could use out of that garden. I thought that was a very kind gesture in a world that doesn't have a lot of kindness in it these days. All that being said yes i recommend

This is by far the best motel on 27th Street.. Nice and clean, quiet and comfortable.. I rented a room with 2 beds for $60. I will definitely stay here again. You can tell this motel actually keeps up with the premises. No problems or complaints. No bugs, no junkies etc..

One of the better motels in the area...Rooms are clean, excellent cable selection, free WiFi (hard to stay connected) fridge, microwave, small "homie" touches, more up to date furnishings..Decent guests..For a single full size bed it will run you $40 per night. They offer weekly rates and for this room it will run you $200per week..If you stay daily you get more services but I'll take the discount...Excellent owners who attend to any issue immediately...Just a FYI If you do not have a car, you won't be given a room here...This is one of the best I've stayed in thus far...

Owners are great, and it is family operated! They take pride in their business.
Some of us were there for a bit of an extended time, and met some very nice people here, that I do consider friends now.
I want to thank Deanna and Gordon for their great hospitality. Also their boys, who helped them emensely.
I would, without a second thought, go back if I ever need a place to stay again.

This is the third motel I have stayed in, in the past 3 months...This one by far is the nicest room I have stayed in and is cheap too...For a full size bed, cable, wifi, phone, fridge and microwave with plenty of parking it ran $40 total per night. A week stay in the same room will run you $200. There was noise at 2am people in the rooms next to me kept opening doors and banging into the wall..There is always something no matter how great a place is.. Overall the room was clean with homie touches like flowers on the dresser and it smelled like apples..I think I will stay another night...The owner is very nice just a FYI if you do not have a car they will not rent to you...

Fantastic, quaint and peaceful little placem the staff are top notch and friendly as can be. Affordable pricing and within walking distance of shopping. Clean rooms top it all off. Enjoying my stay.

Very friendly and helpful management. They're always updating something and doing quite a bit to enhance the overall atmosphere. Rates are affordable, rooms are clean.

This is one of the nicest Motel I've stayed in.. the owners are so friendly and I didn't want to leave LOL the room are clean the other guests in the hotel have said the same thing this is a great place to stay with nice caring people

If you are looking for pocket friendly and cheaper stay option then this is the place. Rooms are cozy and has all basic amenities required for stay.
